Kirra Beachside Unit 2 is located on the ground floor or a small and quiet building and is only 100m from beautiful Kirra beach!

The unit offers 2 bedrooms - master with queen bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and built in wardrobes.

The unit is comfortable and homely with updated features and furnishings including new flooring, modern, spacious kitchen with dishwasher and crisp white plantation shutters throughout.

There is a huge comfy lounge to sit back and relax in front of the smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi for your enjoyment.

There is also an oversized terrace complete with gas BBQ and comfortable furnishings to soak up the sun and enjoy meals outdoors.

A washing machine and dryer is provided for your convenience and there is also a single lock up garage.

This unit is perfect for retirees looking to escape the cold southern winters and guests looking for longer term holiday accommodation.

* Note - there are approx. 7 steps from the street level to the unit front door *

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 4 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Unfortunately our accomodation was not what we expected. Photos online made the property look a lot better than it was. Apartment was old and smelt mouldy/musty as was the furniture. Used it as a place to sleep until we could find accommodation elsewhere.

Nice little unit. Very clean. Down fall is no aircon and only a sml pedestal fan in bedrooms. Was quite hot and stuffy at times.

Location great. Fabulous beach. Great we cafe restaurants, shops. 30/40 mins from Broadbeach/Surfers Paradise. 2 hours from Brisbane City. Weather great, occasional rain.
