** COLUMBUS DAT WEEKEND ** 3 Night Minimum ** Inquire with your dates. ** 7-Night Discounts ** Relax and enjoy the mountain air at this lovely Victorian Home. This a Lakefront Property. You do NOT have to cross the road to get to the water. This is Lake George Waterfront Property Also , We do not charge a cleaning fee ! Please read ALL of our feedback for an overall fair idea of what we offer . If you have special needs , Please ask those questions PRIOR to making a booking request, not after you commit to a reservation. We have several families that return every Summer and are very happy with the accommodations we offer.
The home has a lovely sitting porch , a large living room with 4 sofas , 1 Queen sleeper, a large eat-in kitchen with plenty of cabinets. Owner is licensed realtor. There is a Bathroom and a laundry room off of the kitchen. There are 5 Bedrooms upstairs, and a guest area, each with AC, and a Flat Screen TV. We have a total of 8 separate beds . 2 King beds, 3 Queen beds, and 2 twin bunk beds. There is a Full Bath Upstairs as well. The lake is about 100 yards from the back of the house . Lots of lawn for outdoor games. The boathouse is next door on a separate lot that is accessed by a natural footpath. Please Inquire if you have any questions.The pictures will tell you more !

Mossey Point State Launch Site ( Free Launch ) is less than 1 mile from the house right down the street. The Tiroga Point Town Beach ( Free Beach ) is about 5 minutes from the house right down the street. The Snug Harbor Marina ( Boat Rentals ) is less than 1 mile from the house right down the street. The Wind Chill Ice Cream Stand is about 1 mile from the house right down Alexandria Ave. The Ticonderoga Golf Course is about 5 Minutes from the house. The World-Famous Historical Site Fort Ticonderoga is just 5 minutes from the house. The center of the business district is less than 1 mile from the house ( Montcalm Street ). Here is the center of town with Restaurants, Gas Stations, Liquor Store, Nitelife Cafe's, Laundromat, Stewarts, Motels, Cake Shop, Antiques, Store Fronts , Bicentennial Park , Shops. The Walmart Super Center, Right Aid, Tractor Supply and NAPA are 5 minutes from the house . The Launch Site to Lake Champlain ( Free Launch ) is near Fort Ticonderoga about 5 minutes from the house. Very Convenient Location !
