Step into old Hawaiian charm inside this newly designer decorated cottage situated on one of Hawaii's prime oceanfront locations on Ali'i drive! Within walking distance to Kona town and Honls beach, this charmer offers guests a home style feeling with a spacious comfortable interior and gorgeous oceanfront exterior setting perfect for lounging, dining or simply taking in the ocean activities. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO AC IN THE UNIT.

Recent upgrades include new wood flooring, flagstone tiled lanai, granite kitchen counters, paint and furnishings. Master suite has a private bath, guest room is situated on the opposite side of the house and the half bedroom offers a daybed with trundle bed and is situated at the entry of the house.

This home also includes a washer and dryer, flat screen TV, Stereo/CD/DVD, fully stocked kitchen, charcoal grill and all the amenities to make your next visit to Kona all the more special.

• For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.
