Weekend with friends

We spent the weekend in Monterey celebrating our friend finishing her last round of chemotherapy. The house was perfect for all of her friends to gather. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen accommodations were perfect for our meal preparations. We loved the view of the ocean and the quiet beautiful neighborhood. Thank you!

Wonderful family New Year

Very peaceful location in forest with ocean views through trees off front balcony. Stayed with three young children and enjoyed every minute exploring the areas beaches, tidepools, and forests. Well maintained and appointed property.

Fantastic way to visit Pebble Beach!

We spent a long weekend at the house in Pebble Beach and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house was very clean and comfortable and spending time on the deck and the putting green area provided lots of fresh air and relaxation. It was very easy to find the house and there was plenty of easy parking in the driveway for our three cars. We walked down to the water – probably less than a mile through the forest – and enjoyed the Bay. The location is great. Less than 10 minute drive to Albertsons and 8 new Superchargers that aren’t super busy. We love Monterey / Pebble Beach, and this home made us feel like we live in the Forest. We will be back!

Great Place Great Location

Just completed a seven night stay with another couple. It was unanimous among the four of us that this place was perfect. First and most important it was spotless clean. The interior of the home is updated, modern, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, the beds were quite comfortable and the ocean view was great, allowing us to get some spectacular sunset photos right from the outdoor deck. The location was central to any and everything we wanted to do and explore...within 15 - 20 minutes driving. Not to mention a stones throw away from Pebble Beach golf course. Had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book this lovely home again if I return to the area in the future.

Although the stay was short, we had a great time. This is a perfect place rest and relax , while still close to the beach and Monterey. I would like to have the gate guards aware of our arrival

Perfect 60th birthday getaway for our family!

What a gem! Being “in the gate” provided such a fun experience and we knew we would be safe in this quiet neighborhood. Beautifully updated bathrooms/kitchen and comfy beds! Open floor plan offered a spacious feeling and the view is outstanding - already referred two friends to stay here for their upcoming celebrations! We will be back!

Fantastic stay with views of the sun setting over the sea

We had a brilliant stay at this property which is perfect for a family of 4-6 people. If anything we found the property more spacious and comfortable than the photos suggested. The decor is traditional but very well kept. The neighbourhood is incredibly quiet and beds are comfy leading to a good night’s sleep. The kitchen is very well kitted out. The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk away. Communication with Peter, the host, was great with quick responses and easy to follow check in details. We would highly recommend this property and would return ourselves if we ever had the chance.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. The basics were provided. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice. The location of the house is central to all things "Pebble Beach", Pacific Grove, Monterey and Carmel. The house was 10-15 minutes from the airport & Cannery Row and is within "17 Mile Drive". Host is responsive. We would recommend others to rent this home.

Perfect for a golf weekend

This was a perfect spot for my husband and me to accompany our adult son who was playing in a golf tournament at Spyglass. The home is cozy, clean and provides any and all amenities necessary. Host was available and responsive during the reservation process. We will definitely try to book again next time we come to Pebble Beach area. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Great location and house!

This house was perfectly suited for a family of 4 with two young kids plus grandparents. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with kitchen items. We thoroughly enjoyed the back deck and watching the sunsets. The house is 15 minutes from everything, making it a great central location. You can walk to the ocean in 15-20 minutes and is a beautiful walk! The owner was very responsive with questions we had which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

This house was amazing and in an even better location. Stayed with 3 other friends for a golf trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay. Great value and great house. The putting green at the house is perfect for putting practice or for post round bets.

A gem in the forest

This property was located near amenities in a quiet neighborhood. The setting in the forest was beautiful. We could see the sunset when it wasn’t too foggy. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom were great for our comfort. We would appreciate more instructions to operate the heater ( we used it a little), and we could have used instructions for the TV. Just a few more cereal bowls, snd optional plastic drinking cups would be nice ( but not necessary ). Thank you!
