The apartment is located between the Flamengo and Largo do Machado subways, close to many bars, restaurants, shopping malls, cinemas, banks, squares and the beautiful Aterro do Flamengo.
Sugar Loaf Mountain, Corcovado and Santos Dumont Airport are within a 4 km radius, and access is very easy. We are about 16 km from Antonio Carlos Jobim International Airport.
With the proximity of the subway, access to Copacabana, Leme, Ipanema, Leblon and Barra beaches is very practical. The same goes for the sights of the city center.
The apartment is a bedroom and living room, with American kitchen, very large, airy, bright, nice and equipped.
The building has a 24-hour concierge, has security cameras and facilities for people with special needs (proper elevator in the concierge).
