The Park is located in the heart of Old Town and Playa los Muertos, also known as the romatic area. It is only one block from los Muertos beach and within walking distance to the Malecon, the condo is literally steps from the best restaurants art galleries and nightclubs of Puerto Vallarta.
The Park is a building that has all the necessary amenities such as a gym in ground level, in the 7th floor you will find a rooftop featuring a heated semi Olympic saltwater pool, suuning loungers and ample shades areas with 360 degree views of the ocean, city and mountain. It includes showers, restroom, kitchen, gas grill for barbecues, ice maker and wine cooler, as well as wifi and televisions.
Our 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo offers the biggest terrace/balcony of the building with great views of the ocean and mountains. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a bar seating. The living room has a comfortable sofa with a 55’ smart tv with access to wifi. In this room you will also find a 6 people dining table and all around you have the big terrace equipped with a table were you can take breakfast and also 2 Acapulco Chairs where you will be able to relax and enjoy the magnificent sunsets in Puerto Vallarta.
The master bedroom features a king size bed and a 44’ flatscreen, with a full bathroom with walking closet and access to the balcony. The second bedroom features a queen size bed also with full bathroom and access to the balcony. Outside the 2nd bedroom you will find bathroom for visits and also a washer machine with dryer included.

Amazing and safe location

This unit has views of the water and less than a block to the beach. The place is spacious and secure. There are lots of restaurants, bars and stores within an easy walking distance. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was great. It can be noisy at night due to the prime location, but that is to be expected as all amenities are so close. I would recommend to families and groups.

Condo as described

Condo was well appointed - had everything needed for a 3 week stay. Staff at front desk were very accommodating and always wanted to help.Beautiful roof top pool - needed servicing while we were there as heater and pump systems were not always working.Overall an enjoyable stay, however, must mention that it is very loud in this area and given the condo is a corner unit facing the "tile square" it is quite noisy from early in the morning to late at night - bring earplugs and you are ok!!

Really nice

The location of the condo is pretty hard to beat. It's walkable to the beach, all of the tourist type restaurants but equally close to regular taco places.There was a problem with the WiFi but communication with owner/manager was almost immediate and the problem was resolved quickly.

Luxurious & Comfortable

This was my 3rd stay in this specific condo and the only down side is that I had to go home after a week. To say I love this condo is an understatement. No details are missed from the kitchen to the bedrooms, bathrooms and balcony. I am back again in only 90 days as I cannot get enough of this property, it’s location and amenities.

Spectacular Condo !

Gorgeous huge apartment with a massive balcony in a very clean modern building in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The Rooftop pool / Lounge area is amazing.

Great place and location!

The condo was very spacious and the location was perfect in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The outdoor patio was large and had a great view of the area. Very clean and accomodating!

I was initially drawn to this property due to its pool amenities. Unfortunately, upon check-in, I learned that the pool would be out of service for two months. As this was a significant factor in my booking decision, I was disappointed to find that the host was unable to provide a satisfactory solution. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this property.

Very Nice Condo & Building

A very nice, clean and spacious condo with everything would need for a great vacation. The condo description and photos are accurate. The building is in a great location with an amazing roof top pool area. The host was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend booking this condo for your vacation.

Girls Trip

When we arrived there was a dead bird on the patio; both safes were shut and locked so we had to call down to the front desk to help us; first bedroom shower had a drainage problem, it would fill up and the water wouldn’t go down so I would have to shut the water off and wait; the second bathroom shower floor wasn’t clean, so my friend had to put a towel down to take a shower. She cleaned it the next day; there are no instructions, or a cheat sheet how to use the tv. Very frustrating!!

Great Stay!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property was clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought and care into ensuring their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. And the rooftop pool is amazing! The location is perfect. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and clubs. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Beautiful and clean modern condo near everything (beach, restaurants, etc). Luis and Mattias at the front desk were super helpful. The rooftop pool was heated (yay!) and easy to catch Uber. I loved eating local (taco stands, bakery, churro guy, popsicle place). My favorite experience is walking a bit away from the action up the cobblestone streets and seeing how the locals live and eat; everyone is extremely friendly. Highly recommend this condo and will be back!

Amazing Condo in fantastic location!

This condo is even nicer than the photos which is hard to believe, but true. We were comfortable in every way from the minute we met the front door security to the moment we exited to go home. The kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are all spacious and beautiful, beds are comfortable and the balcony…well, that is to die for. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Great location

Traveled with family and we loved the location. The park next door had Zumba in the morning, food &gift vendors during the day, entertainment and fireworks at night. We loved to open all the windows and feel the ocean breeze! Nothing special about the decor (can use some touchups on paint and updated furniture) but everything was in working order and felt comfortable. Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent location and spacious condo

The bldg is modern with a beautiful rooftop pool that has amazing views of the bay and Romantic Zone. It is 1 block from the beach and long boardwalk. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, most are cash only but the exchange rate is favorable to USD. Condo has everything you need, comfortable for 2-4 people. The larger bedroom could use updating. LR could use a new couch. Other than that, no complaints. The balcony is large and wraps around to every room. Washer and dryer are good sized. WiFi is in unit and the Roof. I would stay in Park Condo again.

Location, location, location with a view

Beautiful condo on the corner overlooking the town square and also a good view of the ocean. Could actually hear the waves. Condo had everything you could want or need. Opening up all those sliding doors made it seem like being outside. At night, the view is incredible! One thing I really liked were the pillows...so soft. Folks at the front desk were fantastic, friendly, called us by name. Market next door was a real treat. They had everything you could need for meals. Want to rent it out again, just loved it.

Perfect location, Comfortable stay.

The staff/reception guys were amazing! Very helpful and courteous. Didn’t have my name down at check in,..but Paul looked into it and fixed it quickly. Beds were very comfortable and place was a great size. 3 male adults total. The pictures on-line show a leather sectional, now there is a fabric sofa, and it is showing signs of wear/ two stains, easy fix we threw down a sheet. In the rooftop photo’s it shows hammocks and palm trees,…those (trees and hammocks) are gone,…but the rooftop is gorgeous,…so not a complaint, just an observation. Round table with umbrella on the balcony is also gone, replaced with a long table no umbrella. Great location, quiet building actually, we didn’t get a ton of noise from the workers across the street, never was an issue. Kitchen was very well stocked.

Wohnung ist super. Alles, wirklich alles da was man braucht. Auch Netflix . Puerto Vallarta ist auch toll. Aber im Gegensatz zu vor 6 Jahren ist alles um einiges teurer , auch in den Nahrungsmitteln.

Our trip was great! The unit was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and living area are amazing. The bedrooms were pretty sound proof. The pool area was clean and i wish i could say peaceful, however, this is major construction going on so while sitting at the pool all you hear all day is jackhammers and they said it will be another 5 months from now. The front door men were amazing very helpful. I was a little disappointed in the check-in process as it wasn't very clear and we arrived not really knowing what to do. The owner was quick to respond. We weren't sure what all needed to be done upon leaving and i never received a response to our question. The place is close to all sorts of things to walk to.
