This place is a great location and the two king bed is a great set up for a couples golf stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are small. The place did not have the little nice extras we have been use to when staying at a VRBO maybe because of the management company instead the owner being involved. There where no kitchen towels, or sponge, no soap in the bathroom, no grill. The beds are not very comfortable. Also I was glad we brought Lysol wipes and a defuser with us - we definitely needed to use those. The TV’s are so small - we did not stay to watch TV but if you are a TV person all of them are small, probably not something you would want to watch a movie on.
Upon arriving late on a Friday night, we found check in was simple and the house was more than we expected! Secluded and quiet, just what we needed!! House was perfect!!

Wonderful
Really nice place. Close to everything. Everything you need in house is there. If your a big guy like myself the showers are very small. So quite and peaceful there. Loved it.

Wonderful Home!
We loved this Hot Springs Village Home! The home was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The location is great. It's close to the West Gate of Hot Springs Village, which made it easy to get in and out when we went exploring each day around the Hot Springs area. The management company office (where you pick up your keys to the house) is just outside the West Gate and there is also a grocery store just outside the gate as well, which was very convenient. One of the things that we really loved about this property is that it is spaced far away from neighbors, so it has a very nice private feel. The pine tree forest in the backyard is beautiful and relaxing and the big sliding glass doors and large picture windows allow you to enjoy the view when you can't be outside. The beds were comfortable, showers were great, and the kitchen seemed to be well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. The house also had a couple of puzzles and we enjoyed working on these while relaxing in the evening. This was our first time staying in Hot Springs Village and we were so impressed by all of the amenities! We really enjoyed walking some of the trails, playing mini golf, checking out the "beach" and taking our 7 yr old daughter to the playground. They have a Clubhouse where you can rent equipment for mini golf, pickleball, etc. It was $3 per person to rent mini golf equipment.
A few things that might be helpful to know: They do give you a hand drawn map and directions to get to the house. We found these difficult to follow (the streets are a little windy and confusing) so I would suggest downloading a map from google before you head over to the house. At least with our cell phone provider service inside the village was spotty so it was hard for us navigate with the GPS at first. The kitchen has salt and pepper and sugar and some coffee was provided. If you plan to do a lot of cooking you will want to bring your own spices. Hand soap is provided in the bathrooms, but no shampoo so be sure to bring that with you. Also, the toilet paper provided is the cheap stuff you find in a public restroom so if you're picky about that sort of thing bring a roll from home or buy a small package of the nice stuff at the grocery store.
We really loved this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat! We highly recommend it!
