Truly a unique find in Snoqualmie Pass, Wa located in a private neighborhood of Hyak Estates. If you are looking for a stay to remember up in the northwest, we’ve got what you’re looking for.
Mountainview Estate is the perfect home for a little getaway with friends and family, only a 3 minute drive from Summit Central and a 30 second drive (5 minute walk) to Summit East. Staying at Mountainview estate is like home away from home, we have everything you need and it’s all brand new! We have worked very hard to make this a place you’ll enjoy every moment in. After a day on the slopes you can lay back and enjoy the amazing view that will leave you speechless, relax in our sauna/ hot tub, or massage your soar muscles after skiing/snowboarding at the click of a button. We have a variety of entertainment for all age groups. Don’t want to stay inside? No problem! Our garage is filled with sleds and snow toys. Don’t want to make breakfast/brunch? Pancake house is only 3 minutes away!

Great location and setup

Stayed here with a big group of friends and it was so central for hiking and other summer activities! The rooms are lovely and kitchen is well stocked. We also enjoyed the sauna and hot tub during our stay! Would definitely return if we were back in the area.

Ski Weekend

We love staying at this property with friends and family. We can walk to ski Hyak and a quick drive to the other three hills at The Summit. Easy to cook for everyone and plenty of room for all!

Mid winter get away

2nd time staying with a family of 14….kids thru adults and now a family favorite. Perfect size home, walking distance to boarding/skiing, relaxing after a long day and literally has every comfort of home. Cozy but spacious and the views are amazing…thank you Viktor!!!

Wonderful home away from home

Lovely house in quiet neighborhood. House came fully equipped with all we needed to cook many meals in stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and space for group to spread out. Very easy to access host with all questions and assistance with check-in. I would highly recommend this home.

The property is beautiful and location perfect.

We were there is a historical snow storm. Power went out a few times but Viktor got a generator going and we were in fine shape throughout the stay. Loved it. He did a great job of making sure we always had what we needed. Thanks

Snowy wonderland

Our weekend was perfect. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. It was especially nice to have the second lounge area on the first floor so we could put the kids in there. It thankfully snowed while we were there and there was plenty of sleds for everyone. Not a complaint at all—we were super excited to use the grill in the second lounge in the indoor/outdoor space because it looked so cool, but it wasn’t hooked up. There was a grill by the hot tub that worked out great for us.

Booking, check-in and check-out procedure was effortless. This property is better than what it looks like in the listing - and it looks awesome in the listing. Very well equipped, all the comforts we needed and a very relaxing stay!

We had a great stay here. Location is wonderful, the house is beautiful and the owner is very helpful and responsive. I-90 pass closed on the day we were to check out and the Viktor let us stay past check out time and was very accommodating. Would love to stay again.

Ski week

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. And our family and friends love it. It sleeps all that they say comfortably. This year with covid we only had 8 of us and still had a fantastic time. Walking distance to Hyak and Nordic trails. Car ride (or non covid years - the shuttle) to the other sloops. Beautiful views and well stocked!
