Beautiful get away

Family and I so enjoyed everything. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant from the guard at the gate to anyone I spoke with over the phone. We will be back.

We stayed on Cinnamon Beach for the first time! Family reunion! Our unit was perfect! The amount of space was welcome since teenagers were with us! Amenities and beach were fantastic say teens!!

Cinnamon Beach

Only had a roll and a half of toilet paper for 5 older women. And no extras to be found. Oh, well, we got some at the store. LOL Everything else was PERFECT!!!!! Loved the room, view and pool. Had a fabulous time! Will definitely go there again if we plan another trip in that area

We had an “ok” visit

The condo it’s self was fine… definitely could use some deep cleaning and refreshed paint. It was a bit of a walk to the pool, had I known the distance we would be walking multiple times a day with a toddler in toe I would have chosen a different location. The kiddie pool was great for my almost 3 year old.. until the water come on (it’s on a timer) the water is VERY aggressive, so he would not use the slide at all because the one time he did he got blasted in the face with the water. It is a very short walk onto the beach HOWEVER we could not use the beach at all… there are giant rocks almost like boulders that line the entire shore … my teens attempted to get over the rocks to swim in the ocean but it was nearly impossible and painful. Had I known this I would have chosen a different location, I did not read one review that mentioned it either so I’m hoping my review will reach others who plan to utilize the beach that the condo they are renting is located at. All in all our stay was just “ok” for the amount of money spent… we would not stay here again.

Beach Haven for Families

The community this condo is within is a beautiful, safe, and unique Florida beach paradise! I was looking for a beach location a single mom could feel safe with a teenage girl, elementary child, and an infant, and I was delighted to enjoy the beauty and security of this neighborhood. The condo is spacious & the porch overlooking the lagoon seemed much bigger than the picture could convey. The view over the lagoon with the palm trees swaying and the sun over the water made me feel super relaxed while cooking in the kitchen or folding laundry, and my children and I were delighted to sit and watch the turtles, birds, fish and alligator in the lagoon from the birds eye view of the balcony. The rocks on the beach held secret wonders when the tide receded- little tide pools with fish, crabs, and underwater plants. The neighborhood pool was also a wonderful experience- the splash pad with the small water slide provided endless fun and my children made several sweet friends. This location had the perfect blend of community and nature for us!

Not for the rowdy crowd!

This is a great stay for a nice quiet relaxing family vacation on the beach with resort amenities . Although , if your bunch is loud and stays up late might not be the best spot. Quiet after dark policy which can be nice for families with little ones.

Beautiful, peaceful and welcoming

Everything exceeded our expectations. We specially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the turtles and fish and alligator who we lovingly named Bertha. The only issue was that there was a leak from our guest bathroom downstairs so we had a couple days without use of the second bathroom. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Spacious but needed a little more attention

Location was wonderful. Liked the safety features. Outside grounds was prestine but room needed more cleaning prior to arrival. There was not a broom to use in the room. It was spacious for 6 of us. This was our dogs first family vacation and the property was accommodating for her. We would love to visit again.

Great space, problems with TV and remotes

We loved everything about our stay and the property itself, but we were not able to make the TV work (video was fine, but no sound) and searched everywhere in the place for the right remote — there were many between the living room and 2 bedrooms. THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT CABLE PROVIDER/CONNECTIONS/REMOTES. We checked connections, disconnected and reconnected and tried all the remotes we could find that made sense. It took hours and many tries before we got everything working (remotes were left in some crazy places!). The help line tried to be helpful, but because it was evening, (couldn’t check in until 4pm) they couldn’t have anyone out to see us till next day which was Thanksgiving. We finally got the right combo to make it work by the next morning. Feedback: get all the equipment in working order, with remotes in the right places (rooms) before check-in , and have some written instructions in the unit.

Good place with some major problems

The location is beautiful and we enjoyed our first 6 days. We had problems with the WiFi, the toilet in the master bathroom took 1 hour to refill. These are all things that were not that important. However, we did not enjoy the pool area; the adult pool did not have a bar and the snack grille was more closed than open. The reason we left 3 days early, was that the unit below is was remodeled by using a jack hammer to remove all tiles in the unit. When talking with the workers, we were told the tile removal would take another 2 days. We informed the management company, but never heard back from them. I recorded the noise, which was ongoing and the jackhammer literally drove us out of the unit. All in all, this left a bad taste in our mouth, especially since the management company was very hard to reach and unresponsive to our requests.

Great location in a beautiful community

The property was as listed on the internet and was clean. The furniture needs updated in the sitting area as it is not comfortable nor able to sit many people. The neighborhood is fabulous. The beach and pool are both amazing. Love this quaint gem of a location in Florida.

Good Place

Everything was fine. Plenty of amenities on the property within walking distance and well located. The room number is a bit misleading as the 1000's are in the 1100 building after the gate guard said it was in building nine.. Air conditioner was it's own mind and wouldn't hold what was entered no matter how carefully you tried to follow the directions. Otherwise enjoyed it very much. Would rent again.

The property is stunning from when you enter the guard gate all the way to the condo.

When you walk into this unit, you're struck with the beauty and detail as one of the best. The unit is well laid out with plenty of room in the 2nd and third bedroom. The kitchen is set up to make any meal you wish with the furnished pots/pans/casserole dishes/ utensils etc... moving into the living room with plenty of seating to watch the televisIon or look out the Glass door out to the lake view. The master bedroom was very spacious with a large bathroom. The balcony is very inviting at night as you watch the sunset and listen to all the different animals around the lake. With a very short walk to the ocean or bike ride to the pools this property includes it all. We will certainly be returning to enjoy this gem again.

pleasent stay

Neat and clean. Furniture typical of a rental; adequate, but pretty basic. The registration and security gate process is unnecessarily complicated with the rental authorities.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. It is a short walk to beach access. The condo was very clean. It was our second time staying here. I had no problem getting a hold of someone when I needed assistance. Great stay. We'll be back again. Just a couple things: We weren't told when we booked that the kid pool area is being remodeled. The family pool isn't heated. And there was leftover food from the previous renters in the dishwasher which was gross. Other than that, a perfect stay.
