Spring break vacation

Great Stay!

This cute condo is in a great location two blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and well-appointed, everything worked, and the bed was comfortable. We would consider staying here again! Thank you!

Very disappointed. Not clean, no comfortable furniture, spotty Wi-Fi, very poorly furnished including no dresser, lackluster silverware, 1 steak knife, and kitchen chairs that were ready to fall apart.

Nothing like we have had when renting the past 6 years. We had to buy dish towels, baking pans, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a deck of cards, a chest to use next to the bed, and a decent blanket. I sprayed the couch with Lysol and we bought beach towels to put down to sit on. Lighting wa spoor and never did get the overhead light and fan in the bedroom to work. Will never use this company again.

Nice place for a long weekend.

The property is nice but dated. The room was nice but could use some updates. The couch is not comfortable and had visible stains & spots. A TV in the bedroom would be a nice addition as well as new pillows. The bed was very comfortable.

Nice Stay.

It was a great place to stay. I wish they had a tv in the bedroom. Also a clock would be nice. The accommodations were great but a small suggestion would be to replace the pillows. All in all I would rent there again

Perfect small family retreat!

We loved staying at this condo! It is well equipped with lots of beach play items and a very short walk to a beautiful, super chill beach. The beach was a very safe for our 5-year-old daughter to splash and play. We highly recommend staying here and will come back!

Overall ok. Beware of the onsite laundromat price gouging!

Overall the stay was OK. I would recommend adding some blankets to the room. Other than that, the laundromat pricing was gouging. It did not charge us what the machine told us and overcharged us by a lot. It said $1.50 to use but charged us $8 each time. $32 to wash 4 loads. And, even took $8 once without working.

Convenient Place

The condo location was very convenient to the beach! Check in was at 3, I checked in at 3:20 and was given the wrong code to get into the condo, Called manager no answer or call returned, Just noticed a new email with a different code. Was turned off by stains on the Rug, Sofa and Bed, I liked the stay but will not be returning

It was a good stay. The property was about 2-3 mins walk to beach. Clean apartment. Kitchen has some dishes but if you planning to cook you may need to get your dishes.

Great Location

We were so happy with our stay. The location is just a block away from the beach, so it is away from a main road and quiet! There were tennis courts across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. The beach was quiet and not congested. The location was excellent for our purposes as we came to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. The only thing I would say could be improved is to have more supplies in the kitchen. We did eat out a lot so it was ok, but there was nothing to use in the oven and the kitchen was pretty bare.

Low key Spring Break

I was looking for a comfortable space at a reasonable price to stay with my two teenage daughters for spring break. The condo was well-appointed with all necessities upon arrival. Neighbors were friendly, too! I was happy to find portable chairs and an umbrella so we could enjoy the beach right away. Four restaurants were within walking distance, and the free Suncoast Trolley has a stop nearby, taking you up and down the coast between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach.

Super Location

Will not ever deal with evolve again & never return to this place

Place not well equipped in kitchen, furniture was very sparse & uncomfortable, windows dirty, workers power washing at 8pm, fire dept report in laundry rm not followed thru by manager, fire ext in laundry rm not charged, washer & dryer not clean, grill very dirty & rusty, courtyard dirty & only 1 table in courtyard, 1 lower unit had a dog, I unit next to us had 6 teenagers staying very loud music, appears as thou permanent residents staying in units with personal things sitting all over very noisy courtyard even a motorscoter in courtyard outside a rm, tv was a recu & very hard to use no local service , no dresser in bedroom, I use better towels to dry Tahoe then what bathroom was equipped with- a on site mgr would correct everything here - unit inside was clean when we got there
