NEW APARTMENT FACING ASTÚRIAS BEACH
New apartment, newly placed for lease, foot in the sand of Asturias beach with 3 bedrooms (1 suite), 2 bathrooms, living room, 2 balconies, kitchen and laundry area. Ceiling fan in the 3 bedrooms and living room, fit. airy, with porcelain tile floors. Garage (inside the condominium) for 2 cars and 24 hour concierge. The apt overlooks the beaches of Asturias and Pitangueiras and is close to Tombo beach. We do not rent to youth groups, only to families and we do not accept animals. No smoking inside the apartment.
