Yannys beach house is a 100 year old property on the beach at Votana,Koyavinas ,ten minutes walk from the village of Kassiopi on the north east coast of Corfu.To the south of the property a further ten minutes walk brings you to beautiful Avlaki beach with two tavernas.This charming property consists of a ground and first floor apartment that can be rented seperately or together.The ground floor of the property has two bedrooms. One twin bedded back bedroom and one sea facing double bedded room,with full wardrobe facilities,giving an occupancy for up to four people .There is a lounge ,dining area and open plan kitchen.Also a large bathroom with toilet wash sink and shower.The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer,electric cooker and oven and clothes washing machine.It is well equiped for self catering clients,including electric kettle and toaster.There is free wifi facilities.The outside area is a beautiful garden yard area with awning for shade over the outside dining area and has a built in stone bbq and outside shower.There is a beautiful sitting area with coffee table and four comfortable cushioned chairs.The pretty veranda area is enclosed with flower border fence and gate leading to the side path with direct access to the beach.
