Great Beach Front Stay

We had a great stay. The house was clean, tidy and cute - decorated in a beach motif - with plenty of room for my hubby, me and our small dog. It’s in a wonderful location, right on the water. A colorful table-and-chairs set and lounge chairs on the large gated porch made a perfect location to enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and the sound of the waves. It’s one of the few properties we found with a hot tub, which is right on the porch overlooking the beach.I would caution that you check the hot tub before entering it, though, as for us it was way over-chlorinated to the point that it bleached out my husband’s swim trunks. If you have small children, note that the windows have no safety measures in place to prevent a child from falling out, which could be an issue since, like all the houses in the area, it’s on pillars.There were a few minor issues, one of which was remedied very promptly after notifying the host.Make sure you check carefully before you leave the property that you have everything of value to you, since there is a convenience fee plus shipping to have it sent back to you.All in all we enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay in the off season at this cute beach house and would definitely come back.

Peaceful, lovely beach house

We had a wonderful time! Many thanks to home owner and property management company for allowing us to stay at your home. Lovely beach house. Extremely clean. Nice decor. Peaceful area of the beach. Comfortable master bed. AC worked well. Well-stocked for our needs. No significant issues. George, Property Manager, was kind and helpful. We look forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Great stay

We had a very quiet and peaceful stay. Enjoyed having our dogs at the beach with us. The house was great, very clean and comfortable. The water pressure was low, but otherwise no complaints.

Great Beach Stay

Since this was our first stay at this beach we had no idea how difficult the stairs would be for us. If this home had a lift our stay would have been perfect. The listing was clear so no fault of the property. The home was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in every other respect.

Beach and birding

The house was great! Loved the kitchen and porch. Comfortable bed! Great view of beach, lovely watching the pelicans and dolphins. The area didn’t have much to offer in ways of restaurants or shops. We went to the area to go birding, so it was close to a lot of the bird sanctuaries.

Spring Break 24

Our Spring Break is week before the rest of area which meant most things closed. BUT, it did not matter as we got the jackpot on locations. I lived on the porch. Kids loved the beach even in the fog and cold. Thanks for a great vacation.

We had a lovely time at MoonStone! The location is amazing, right on the beach! It was absolutely beautiful and the home has everything you need. Property Managers were super responsive. Will definitely return.

Love Moonstone

Hi. This is the second time we have stayed in Moonstone. The property is on a quiet end of the beach and far less crowded. We had a couple of glitches while there (gas grill didn't have gas) and previous renters have scratched the poor floors with the kitchen stools. However, those were minor issues that did not effect our ability to relax and enjoy ourselves. The next door neighbors caught two great big red fish. So, if you want to surf fish, this is the place!

Awesome location

Great location right on the beach with very little traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Definitely recommend and will stay again. Our only issue was the TV in the living room locking up constantly.

Quick weekend getaway

What a super cute beach cabin right on the water. The location couldn't be better, literally just a few steps from the beach. The home was well maintained and had tons of kitchen supplies. The only thing I can recommend is to bring some extra towels and all your shampoo / body wash items. We were super please and highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Fantastic house with a great location

We really loved this property. The rooms were huge. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Even laundry pods! Beds were comfy. Walk right on to the beach. We had our teenage boys and my 71 year old mother and all enjoyed. Definitely will stay again!

Great stay..Coming back

Really had a great time staying here. The weather was perfect. A few things to know, in advance..It is a great place to spend a vacation. Easy access to the beach, the house is very nice..Here is what could be improved / need to know..Lots of stairs. guest bathroom will not lock. Faucet in guest bath need replacing. It leaks. The nightlight in the guest bath broke and shocked the crap out of my wife. Just a really bad night light. Traffic noise..Take a fan to mask the road noise at night. Thousands of mosquitos in the downstairs rinse / bath. They will attack you so fast..They also fill you car when you are loading to go somewhere..The blinds on the entry door are falling off. That needs to be fixed. All that said, we will be back. Thank you! Bill & Karen & Angela, Chris, Ryker and Reyna Jane.

Moonstone Living Room TV

Our stay was great. Our only issue was with the living roomTV. It lost it's internet connection more than once. After maintenance came and unplugged it and replugged it, it worked for a day then we had to do it again.

Great Ocean View

The property was excellent in its location and accommodations. Spent a lot of time on the large deck just enjoying the cool ocean breeze. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Our pets also enjoyed the grass area which made it very nice for their needs. Will be coming back to stay.
