Brand new luxurious stone built residence, which can accomodate up to 2-3 persons. It is situated only a few steps from the sea and next to a small cove.
Villa Anatoli consists of a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a separate living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The decoration of the house is neoclassical with respect to the environment and the atmosphaire of the island.
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with energy windows. There are also security doors installed, wireless internet throughout house and a beauftiful garden.
Villa Anatoli combines natural beauty and sea harmony.

Great place, great view

Quiet, clean, nice property in a development of a few properties. 5 min walk ( on the road) from the ferry terminal, 20 min walk to town. You can go swimming from the rocky platform in front of the property ( shared by the other properties but mostly unused). Definitely recommended. Please feed the skinny black cat that comes around!

Génial !

Un super séjour à Sunrise Villa avec une villa superbe avec vue et accès direct à la mer ! Une villa très confortable, bien équipée et très propre. Antonia nous a aidé à toutes les étapes de notre voyage : pour gérer notre arrivée, nous accueillir au bateau et une fois sur place pour les différentes activités que nous souhaitions faire. Ce fut un super séjour, nous y reviendrons !

This property far exceeded our expectations and the host Antonia was so kind and helpful in every way. I almost didn't want to leave such a good review as it will now get booked up!! You certainly would not be disappointed - there is nothing not to like about this place. 5*

Sunrise Villa

Perfect location, overlooking the sea. Not clear in description that access to the sea is used by others ( including Paxos Blue clients)and therefore we had people walking past us and using the sun beds . So not 100% privacy that we had thought. Basic kitchen supplies would have been appreciated e.g. Milk, Salt ,Oil etc.( We have left these) Other than these suggestions the property is lovely and would consider coming again.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Apartment war wirklich wunderschön. Die Hausbesitzerin war hilfsbereit uns freundlich. Auch der eigene Zugang zum Meer war ein Traum! Ein perfekter Ort um sich zu erholen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen!

Un petit paradis a Paxos idéal pour un couple qui cherche le calme, le soleil et la mer

Excellent à tout point de vue, très bon accueil d’Antonia, accès direct à la mer idéal, un petit appartement très bien décoré avec terrasse et barbecue pour les dîners en bord de mer. Très calme tout en étant proche a pied de Gaios , possibilité de louer un scooter sur place. Bref un séjour merveilleux, je recommande vivement !
