This stunning Rocky Mtn. Lodge is the ultimate in luxury! The view of Bridger Mtns take your breath away!
Once there, you will feel both the calmness of the setting, and the exhilaration of the "Big Sky Country" that can't be put into words!
This home must be seen to be truly appreciated and is the perfect location for a tranquil escape. Heritage Ranch is located just 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman and the airport. Bridger Bowl Ski area is just 15 miles away and Big Sky Ski area is 50 miles away. If you want to tour the park, West Yellowstone is 1.5 hours away.
Bozeman is a fly fishers dream with blue ribbon fly fishing rivers around! Hiking, horseback riding and also white water rafting are among other activities.
If one wants to just relax, having a glass of wine, reading a book and listening to the stream, is also a perfect option!
It is a great place to be by yourself, or have a wonderful gathering of friends and family.

You will not want for anything! Too many amenities to list.
We also have a Cabin, a Barn (just gentrified) and will have Amazing Glamping Tents coming for the summer of 2022 available to stay in on our 45 acres.

Outstanding Montana Experience

This home is a beautiful place for a family reunion, holiday get-together or vacation. The home is decorated beautifully with luxurious Montana style. The kitchen is well-appointed with all you need to cook a gourmet meal. Definitely check it out!

Amazing property

We have stayed in properties all over the country and this one “wowed” us. The property was private and secluded yet just minutes from amenities. Pulling into the entrance felt like entering another world. The views are incredible as is the lodge. We were still discovering new and delightful details on our last day. The hosts were kind and gracious and quick to respond. Overall a very positive experience we would recommend to anyone.

Magical Christmas Stay!!

We booked this trip on short notice looking for a getaway after a tough year, and Heritage Ranch did not disappoint! The breathtaking views were just the beginning of our incredible Christmas stay. It snowed a full 24hrs giving us that white Christmas us Floridians were hoping for! The property gives you that secluded, private feel while also being just minutes from town, the airport and only a short drive from Bridger Bowl, where we spent most of our days. The cabin felt like a home away from home and the wood burning fireplace welcomed us every night upon our return. Communication with the hosts were easy and very accommodating as well! Spud was our favorite guest and definitely one of the highlights of our stay (bring your dog!) Whether you’re looking for just a staycation, or that cozy cabin feel, this is it! We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Bozeman!

What an amazing house and property

All I can say is that everything about this house and property exceeded all of our expectations. It was perfectly situated just outside of town, allowing us to enjoy the quiet and privacy but easily commute into Bozeman. The house itself is even better in person than in the pictures. Everything we could have needed was on site, and my family had an amazing experience.

Perfect stay

This property is incredible. The house and the amenities are absolutely perfect. From the kitchen and it’s fully equipped facility, the fridge stocked with all that one might need, a terrific coffee machine. The grounds and landscaping were immaculate and tge side patio with very nice grill was the perfect spot to enjoy our meals. The furniture and decor were first rate. The best of all, however, was the owners Dianna and Bill. They were so helpful and they even invited us to spend an evening with them sharing a few bottles of wine with them and all of our dogs. The title says “Perfect Stay” and that is what it was. Thank you Bill and Dianna.

Family Gathering

Beautiful house and location! So many great spaces to enjoy here. Back patio in the morning for breakfast and coffee, west lawn by the stream to enjoy golden hour and 360 mountain views. Right Place...Right time

Bill and Diana have a little gem tucked inbetween Bozeman and Belgrade on 45 acres. We had first class service and felt very comfortable on the property. The pond off the creek was a joy for my 3 boys catching lots of Brookies. Beautiful weather, setting, great mornings, peaceful, views of 3 mtn ranges. We celebrated my mothers 75th birthday and felt like Kings and Queens of Montana!

Absolutely Amazing

This home is spectacular! Everything from the property to the interior furnishings to Dianna herself! We got to meet her while there and she couldn’t have been more welcoming. We stayed in the main house but got to see the barn as well. It is just as beautiful as the main house. Done to perfection! So our advice is GO! Beautiful functional home

This home was such a pleasure to stay at. The pantry was amazingly well stocked. Most everything I needed I found - from bandaids to coffee pots to stools, napkins and spices. We enjoyed the communication with the owners who were around working on the property. We understood that a lot of work was being done on the back 40, so there was a lot of activity and cars do drive by the main house, so if we had been looking for privacy then it might have been disappointing, but as we were out frequently- it wasn’t a big deal. There were amazing views from any side of the house and when we had electrical trouble with the light switches Diana was very responsive and beyond helpful. The only thing not there were games or puzzles, which I get used to having, but we just bought something in town and it wasn’t a big deal.

Absolutely stunning!

My girlfriends and I had the most incredible time at Heritage Ranch. Bill and Dianna’s home is beautiful and welcoming. The best part for us, aside from the spectacular views, was Spud, the ranch dog! The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the location was perfect. We felt very secluded, yet had a short drive into downtown Bozeman when we wanted to shop and dine out. We had 7 adults and felt that was the perfect size group for the home. I’ll be back again with my husband and family!

We had a siblings gathering and it was perfect! Lovely property with plenty of room. Very well stocked from linens to the kitchen. We ate lots of meals here!! It might be difficult for more then 3 couples due to sharing a room and bathrooms. The third shower was helpful!! They were very accommodating of our requests! Highly recommend!

The ideal Montana getaway

If you're looking for the absolute ideal property to share time with friends and/or family in Montana, look no further! This expansive property has been meticulously set up to provide incredible vistas and comfort. The interior and exterior have been carefully designed to exude Montana's unmistakeable vibe. The owners are just a stone's throw away for any questions or needs. Snow capped mountains to your left, babbling brook and baby cows to your right. Also, just a few minutes drive to downtown Bozeman for restaurants and attractions, and a quick jaunt down to Big Sky for skiing and outdoor activities. Does it get any better? We are eagerly awaiting our next opportunity to go back and cannot wait! Thank you SO SO much to these incredible hosts!
