The property behind #holidayhousenoosa was recently demolished and will be rebuilt this year (2025) so there may be building work at different times this year and we have reduced our prices to take account of this happening. Our local council prohibits building work from 6:30pm to 6:30am Monday to Saturday, and any time on any other day.
Located in Cooloola Estate, a centrally located and secluded residential enclave which allows guests to be in the hustle and bustle of Noosa in a matter of minutes and then escape and relax back to the serenity of our lovely home.
Only 3 kilometres to Noosa River and Hastings Street, the area is linked by pathways and bike tracks, and is a short 1 kilometre walk to Noosa Junction. A bus stop at the end of the street makes getting around a breeze in the busy periods where parking spaces can be scarce. If you don't have a car, nearby Noosa Junction Transit Station provides public transport access to places across the Sunshine Coast.
There is a steep driveway up our home and five stairs from the garage to the property. Inside there are two flights of stairs to the upper level.
Our home is in a quiet residential street, so we ask all our guests to agree to keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am. Please also note that party houses are banned throughout Noosa Shire.
Our garage accommodates two vehicles. If guests are unable to access the garage due to the steep driveway, we ask them to park their vehicles directly in front of our home on the road and not in front of the neighbours' properties. There should be no more than two vehicles parked in front of our property and to be legally parked, all wheels must be on the street and not on the kerbside.
