Renovated Ranch on 1 Acre! Peaceful & Spacious only 8 miles from downtown!
Private, renovated home conveniently located close to everything! Perfect for large groups! We’re just 8 miles from downtown Nashville (Honky Tonks, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, the Ryman). 3 miles from the airport. 6 miles from the Grand Ole Opry & Opryland Resort. House is all on 1 level! 1 acre private back yard is GREAT for entertaining. Lounge around the fire pit or light up the grill! Bonus room can be used as a living space and/or 4th bedroom!

We've done our best to make sure you have everything you need. Start the morning off right at our COMPLIMENTARY coffee bar! Full kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a meal.
If you're looking for in-house entertainment we have 2 smart tvs, a bunch of board games, and a shuffleboard table!
House features 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms + 1 bonus room that can be used as a 4th BR. For sleeping arrangements we have 3 queen beds, 2 twin bunks beds(4 twins), and 2 twin size sofas that double as beds. Plenty of space for your group!
The backyard is a very private & quiet 1 acre. We love sitting by the firepit and watching the sun set.
