The most important aspects of this property for me were cleanliness and location. Having access to a golf cart made it perfect. Teri was helpful and great to work with. I appreciate her flexibility! I would highly recommend!
We grad a great time. The house is in a very convenient location close to the beach and a short drive to a shopping area.
The owner was very responsive and courteous. The golf cart is a nice plus. We will recommend this house for families going to the Isle of Palms.

Why they chose this property
IOP is loved by many, so traffic can get pretty crazy on Palm Blvd headed toward Wild Dunes BUT it's not a problem for Station House @ 28th!
Our house is nestled in between the Intracoastal Waterway/ Morgan Creek and the Ocean, so you don't have to make the LONG trek on Palm Blvd. Just turn left onto 21st Avenue (after the Connector & Harris Teeter on the left) and right onto Waterway Blvd to 28th Avenue and Station House is at the end of the cul-de-sac.
What makes this property unique
Having a quiet, cul de sac on IOP is almost unheard of but we have it! It is perfect for letting the kids ride their bikes, scooters & skateboards, since you don't have to worry about traffic or a busy street!
Plus, with IOP Rec's tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, yoga, baseball, soccer fields, great children's park and dog park for you to use when you'd like next door, there's something for everyone!
