Its unique layout easily facilitates separate groups or families traveling together while offering the perfect balance of privacy and gathering.

THE LOCATION
MiLo Luxury House is located in a quiet area of Markopoulo by a beautiful park with a coffee restaurant and playground. Within walking distance to bakeries, coffee shops, pharmacies, butchers, supermarkets and even the local medical center, the House has the perfect location for families and couples looking for convenience and luxury! Guests will receive a Welcome Letter including a guide detailing all necessary information, recommendations, and insider tips for Athens, Markopoulo and the Attica area.

Everything was immaculate. Lots of extra thoughtful and useful touches throughout the property. The host is incredible, kind, above and beyond expectations. The home is beautiful and great location. We took a 7-minute walk to a delicious restaurant. Our family of 6 was very comfortable and happy.

Great host & place

The host was amazing about communication, always kept in touch leading up to the stay. He was great on the airport travel. The star was a friend of his that picked us up from the airport, & saved us tremendously when we ran into an issue with ordering food. English as our only language, & wife with a gluten allergy proved to be extremely difficult in a foreign country for us. Step in Stephanie who not only called & ordered food for us to be delivered, but gave recommendations & got us a great dinner that otherwise would have been a dinner of typical chain food. She also gave us tips for our stay in Chania & how to tell staff about gluten allergy in Greek.

Perfect Package

What a lovely, multileveled space with a beautiful fully equipped large roof top terrace that heralds a spectacular sunrise. There were also terraces front and back of the home as well as balconies for the upper bedrooms. All amenities were supplied - from the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer) to the kitchen (coffee, spices, oils cooking ware -too numerous to list all) to the bedroom (plenty of towels, extra blankets, spacious closets). We also enjoyed complimentary snacks, candies and wine. The home was clean and luxurious. Our hosts Michail and Lois were kind, accommodating, attentive and helpful. I have to add there's a charming hill top restaurant 1.5 blocks from our location and plenty more shops and bakeries in walking distance. Really a complete package. We look forward to returning.

Restful Place near Athens

Great property, and very clean, in a quiet neighbourhood. Away from the busyness of Athens. Very close to the airport with the host driving us to it on the day of our departure. Grocery store, restaurants nearby (10 min. walk). We were three couples and had lots of room. The rooftop deck was fabulous! Very nice place to stay and unwind for a few days after our cruise. Taxi ride from the cruise terminal to this house was just over one hour. (Very glad we weren't driving.) We chose this place due to its location to the airport. Plus, it was more affordable than anything in Athens proper. Would definitely recommend!

Kindest host, most comfortable accommodations!!

International travel can be a bit nerve-racking, but Mihalis took all the worry out of it. The location of this home couldn't be better for those traveling in and out of Athens airport. The house is inviting, both in its accommodations, and in the many messages of welcome, home, family and peace posted around. Mihalis met us at the home to let us in and show us around and left us with menus and recommendations for dinner. The house was well supplied and beautifully decorated. We made plans with Mihalis for him to pick us up for the airport the next day and he was there early with his ten-passenger van, helping to load and unload all our luggage. I really can't say enough about this rental. Had we more time we would have explored the beaches and attractions nearby. If you can, plan to stay at least on extra day to do this. Mihalis, thank you for everything. We will definitely be back!!

A nice view of a smaller town very near the airport. Our host was very accommodating and welcomed us with snacks, water and wine. He also recommended an excellent local restaurant to have dinner. The food and staff were excellent! The home had everything you might need. Thank you for hosting us even if for one night.

Amazing home

We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived at the home and Michail met us. So beautifully decorated. Everything was spotless, clean, and they thought of everything we could need. I wish we could have stayed longer. I can’t forget to mention the rooftop area to enjoy the view and have a cocktail. Wow it’s very close to the airport and it was nice and quiet.

Girls Trip

This house is beautiful and the hosts have thought of every amenity . It is in a nice neighborhood close to several restaurants and markets . It is ten minutes from the airport so it is perfect for overnight when arriving or leaving Athens . The free airport shuttle is a great added touch . I would highly recommend Milo Luxury House .

Great house close to the Airport

Wanted a nice place to stay close to the Athens Airport and we found it here! 3 Bedroom house that easily accommodated 6 adults nicely. We arrived late and our host was very gracious about meeting us when we finally did arrive!

Beautiful Space

I needed a spacoius setting for my family of 7 which included an 18 month old. Milo checked off all the boxes, ample bedrooms, bathrooms, close to airport and in walking distance to restaurants..Communication was an ease and complimentary transport was a perk.

Beautiful stay near the airport

Milo is the perfect stay near the airport. Mihalis the host drove us to the house and provided a personal tour with lots of recommendations. He took great care of my family with a personal touch. The house is very comfortable with beautiful views and a short walk to the center of the town. Highly recommend.

Such a cute town and lovely home!

Hosts and home were amazing! The little touches in the home made me feel at home. It worked out so smoothly from personal pickup to drop off! Even a personal tour of the cute village with recommended restaurants! All the food places were so good and yummy for our last night! Omg I’m looking for the sweet gummy candies we ate from the living room table and continued search! Wine and snacks with water was offered. I can go on and on about the stay and highly recommend.

One Night in Athens

MiLo was great. We only needed to stay one night and its very close to the airport and close to the city center for restaurants and coffee. Mihalis was great and very responsive. We will stay there again next time we are in Athens.

MiLo Luxury House is named after our names, Mihalis and Lois.
We live only a few blocks away and will be happy to promptly attend to any need that may arise.

Why they chose this property

This home is new to the market and is exquisitely decorated. Much care has been taken to make sure your stay here will be as comfortable as a “home away from home” whether you are using the space for a long-term stay or a short holiday rental.

The main floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with many kitchen utensils and appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee maker. There is a large dining table that can accommodate 6-8 people and a living room equipped with a smart TV and cable service.

The first floor holds two bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower / bathtub combo. The first bedroom is spacious and consists of two twin beds that can also be converted into a double bed upon request. There is access to a long balcony with lovely scenic views. The second bedroom is quite cozy and holds one double bed. Both rooms have large wardrobes for storing your belongings.

The top floor is a favorite among our guests as it consists of a lovely private rooftop terrace where you can spend hours enjoying meals and drinks together as you watch the sunset or catch some sun! It has a second dining table and is equipped with a full-size grill and sink.

And finally, this home has a multi-purpose basement, which consists of a large queen-size bed, a small seating area, a bathroom, a gym and laundry facilities. A kettle ball, pull-up bar, free weights and elliptical machine are provided to meet your fitness needs during your stay, and should you need extra sleeping space, the sofa pulls out into an extra queen bed! In addition on the same floor, we have a small kids bedroom that a child up to 6 years old can sleep and upon request a cot for a toddler can be set up.
