The building is currently completing repairs on the ground level, particularly around the pool deck and parking lot. You may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator is fully operational, and direct beach access is available at the south end of the property. The pool remains closed but is expected to reopen later this spring. Welcome to Las Brisas #203, your home away from home! This spacious condo features 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with plenty of room for everyone. Step out onto the balcony and prepare to be amazed by the stunning direct view of the gulf front. In the master bedroom, you'll find a king size bed just waiting for you to sink into it. The second bedroom is equally inviting with its 2 queen beds, while the third bedroom offers two twin size beds. Entertainment is never far away with TV's in the living room and master bedroom. If you enjoy a night in, the living room also provides a sleeper sofa for those extra cozy evenings. And don't worry about laundry – we've got it covered with a washer and dryer conveniently located inside the unit! Stay connected with our complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. ONE assigned parking space is included. If you have more than one vehicle, please make arrangements for additional vehicles prior to arrival. Las Brisas is situated right at the heart of beautiful Madeira Beach. You'll have your own private beach access directly from the ground level. Take a dip in the heated pool that overlooks the beach, or relax under the tiki huts and picnic area. BBQ grills are also on-site for those perfect vacation cookouts. We can't wait to welcome you!
