It is positioned in a prime area of greenville located within minutes by walking to a shopping mall, various restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater and a gas/convenience store. It’s a 5 minutes drive to the ECU campus, historic downtown or a golf course and a short 12 minutes drive to the VIDANT hospital or industrial complex park.
For those that like natural water, the home has near access to river and boating facilities. The convention center and all major sporting arenas and complexes are just a few minutes away. It’s also only a short and beautiful 45 minutes drive to the historical coastal town of the old NC capital, NEW BERN and a 50 minutes drive from there to beautiful Atlantic Beach NC.
The Cottage also has a parking area that easily fits 2 cars and is part of a small and quiet community with friendly neighbors.
