Lakefront 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom directly on Lake Wells! Sleeps
6. One level living with a full finished walk out lower level and large open kitchen. Living room overlooks Lake Wells with full covered porch and gas BBQ. The lower level has a full bedroom with queen sized bed, pool table, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room with a 65" flat screen TV with Netflix, and other smart TV channels. Walk right out to the flat one acre property and enjoy the fire pit, or go fishing or canoeing off your own private dock. This cabin is located within 7 miles from town & less then 5 minutes from the flea markets. The Casino is about 10 miles from door to door. Leave your worries behind and sit on the deck swing or just relax. Free use of rowboat, canoe, life jackets, tubes, and all fishing rods and gear. Great fire pit to sit around and enjoy the lake. Big dock also to fish or swim off of.

Great stay in Western NC

This was a really good property. Great amenities, enough to keep my teenagers busy while it was raining outside. The home is obviously an older build but well maintained. Murphy was a great little town to stay busy in and the options for outdoor activities here are endless. My only slight complaint is that the neighborhood does have several homes surrounding the lake (which is not that big) so you don't really get the sense that you're alone in the wilderness . The good to news to that is, that you're very close to everything and don't have to spend 30 mins driving up or down a mountain to get here. This really is a great place to stay for anyone who wants to spend time in and around Murphy.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

Wonderful relaxing weekend. Enjoyed fishing off the dock and in our kayaks. Relaxed in the water with the inner tubes after hiking nearby trails. Roasted s’mores at the fir pit then sat on the dock and looked at thousands of stars. The house was perfect for the five of us. Hope to come back next year.

Tranquil Retreat

This truly is an amazing place. My wife and I did not want to leave at the end of the week. We enjoyed, fishing, waterboarding, and canoeing on the lake and sitting on the back porch reading. Our kids really enjoyed the pool table and everything about the lake. Just the relaxing retreat that my family desperately needed.

We Were Sad to Leave --- Hope to Visit Again

We had a great time on the lake this weekend! We enjoyed the comforts of the home and the amazing lake all weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked and we never had to leave the house. We have 4 kids ranging in age from preschool to middle school and everyone was sad when it was time to go. We did have a minor problem, the air conditioner went out, we notified the property owner and within 2 hours it was fixed (on a SUNDAY)! The owner was responsive to any and all questions and a great host! If you want a peaceful weekend on the lake this is a great spot. The only thing I wish I'd known in advance is how close the neighbors are to the property. That being said most of the neighbors were very friendly and we had some great conversations. I'm very thankful that we found this gem. The kids are already asking to go back.

Perfect cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It had everything we needed and was by far the best cabin we’ve stayed at in Murphy, NC. Thank you Jeff and Lee.

Amazing property!

The house is amazing. Huge with plenty of space to spread out. It was spotless when we arrived. Our host took care of small problems immediately. We loved the house, the views and the fishing.

We bought this cabin and renovated it to have perfect. We love coming up to stay, and also enjoy having people share stay and enjoy it as well.

What makes this property unique

Living on the lake is amazing. The peace and tranquility is great. We love the area and all things to see and do that are very close by. Fishing in the lake is an added bonus as well. We love having an acre of flat lakefront property to run around and play on as well, compared to other properties that are steep and not as useful.
