Recently under architecture built luxury modern holiday villa situated on the caminho do rei in Praia do Rosa, Ibiraquera, Imbituba, Santa Catarina Brasil. The house has a central dining room/open kitchen and two bedrooms in each wing (total 4 bedrooms). Each wing has one room with bathroom and one room without bathroom. Ideal for two families with children who want to share a house during the holiday. There is a third "social" bathroom accessible for visitors. All ambients have air conditioning and there is a hot tub on the terrace. The house is situated on a big private area of 4000m2 in the middle of the subtropical rainforest. You can wake up with the sunrise view and finish the day with a glass of wine on the top of the sundeck looking at the sunset in the mountains.

We built the property in 2010 on this spot because its in the middle of the nature with a splendid 360 degrees view including the marvelous view on the sunrise from the sea and the sunset on the mountains and lake.
