Belle Barranco studio apartment Netflix A/C Heater
New studio apartment in the beautiful and artistic district of Barranco. We turned our garage into a beautiful place so we can receive guests and family visits. Since Barranco is an artistic district we have also included some of the art culture inside the apartment (you will see some art and design pieces from local artists!). Its location is right next to Miraflores district and has easy access to the nearby main avenues and nice restaurants. A fresh food market is a block away. Welcome!

I grew up in Cusco, Peru, graduated from high school in the USA, worked right next to Machu Picchu for 3 years, and spent over 13 years working for travel and tech related companies (Belmond, Expedia, Hilton, Starwood-Marriott, etc) doing marketing, ecommerce, revenue management, sales. I love to travel specially with my wife and son. I am exploring urban gardening and always thinking on using tech to solve travel needs and earn some money from it.
Why they chose this property
We have curated some small paintings from local artists in Lima. You will find the collection on a wall inside the studio. Our place was designed by architect Jose Miguel Escobar and it is thought to meet the needs of a traveller with comfort and peace.
What makes this property unique
Location right next to Miraflores district, easy access to Costa Verde highway (from or to airport) and Vía Expresa highway (connecting several Lima districts like San Isidro and San Borja), 8-minute walk to the cliff for an amazing ocean view. Barranco is considered to be the city's most romantic and bohemian, being the home and working place of many of Peru's leading artists, musicians, designers and photographers.
