Sandcastles 404 - Come for the Launches, Stay for the Beach !

NOTE: In 2024 and 2025 there will be building construction next door north of Sandcastles. There will be noise off and on throughout the day OUTSIDE, but not inside unit.

Looking for a condo with that comfy coastal feel? Welcome to the beach vacation you have been dreaming about!

This unit has a spectacular Northeast view for space launches, side view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Additionally, you can gaze north toward Cape Canaveral and see the cruise ships arriving and departing. We are a minute's walk to the ocean and just over an hour's drive to all of Orlando's attractions and theme parks.

You will be staying in a renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo on the 4th Floor with all the luxuries of home. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and appliances for your convenience.
 
UPDATE:
November 2021 - All new large kitchen appliances (and yes, a personal Keurig), flooring throughout, cabinets throughout, bathroom renos and much more.
December 2016 - New A/C unit installed
Summer 2016 - Brand new full size washer and dryer, and toilets.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted TV, walk-in closet and bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a full size bed as well as a generous closet and wall mounted TV.

Luxury vinyl flooring throughout, this is a smoke-free and pet-free unit, very family friendly! We've included everything you'll need: all bed and bath linens (including beach towels), beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and boogie boards.

There's a dining room and a family room. The family room features a flat-screen TV with cable and movie channels and the dining has table for 6. This coastal feel condo can't be beat for comfort and convenience. We have great high-speed WIFI throughout.

Sandcastles includes a beautiful outdoor pool and spa, tennis courts, private beach access and key-coded elevators and stairways for your security.

This property had everything we needed for our stay and for the beach. No need to bring anything for the beach. They had it all:) Perfect place to see launches, go to Kennedy and Disney, but also still enjoy the beach. We could see the beach and launches from the balcony which was a nice feature. There was also a pool to enjoy. Close to lots of restaurants and little shopping areas. Just a 1/2 hr from Kennedy and an hour from Disney and the airport. This was a great vacation!!!

Sandcastle gem

Been vacationing in cocoa beach for many years and this particular condo was the best that we have rented. For once the photos really do not capture the beauty of this unit. High end furnishings and a large functional kitchen plus all the towels, blankets, beach accessories that one would need. Loved our stay and will return. Thank you Kathleen for being a wonderful host.

We had a wonderful stay! Location was great and accommodations were exactly as listed. Full kitchen with anything you might need, as well as full beach gear (umbrellas, towels, toys, coolers, chairs). Host was great and super responsive to our questions before we arrived, and even checked in on us during our stay with a quick hello message. Would definitely recommend! Good location with grocery store nearby as well as places to eat.

Family Getaway

We went to see our son for Christmas and had the best time. The condo is in a nice location with easy access to the beach and anything else you want to do. Condo is stocked with all that you would need. There was some noisy construction that woke us up and persisted all day but that is no fault of the condo host. If I had one critique it would be to allow the thermostat to go below 72 as it got a little warm at night but there are fans for use in the condo and we used them! Would definitely book again! srryction

Best VRBO stay to date!

Kathleen's place just feels like a home away from home. It was so well stocked with everything we needed for our weeks stay. We especially enjoyed beverages on the balcony and evenings out in the hot tub. Everyone we met was so friendly. Very central location in Cocoa Beach. Highly Recommend!

This was a beautiful condo with all of the amenities! This was our first time staying in this side of the state and the host made it so easy for us to find places to explore! Unfortunately our stay was in between Helene and Milton and Milton was coming in fast the host stayed in constant contact with us about what to expect and made our stay worry free. Luckily we were leaving before Milton made landfall but she was wonderful about reassuring us that we would be ok until our departure. We would 100% rent from her again!

Excellent condo suite exactly as described! Everything in kitchen fully functional including kcup coffee machine and lots of extras in pantry for meal prep. Balcony has great view of beach and ksc.
