Disappointing

Great location of property, easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. House is in high need of refurbishing, bathrooms are terrible and water is slow draining. Carpets are stained and in the entrace filled with sand... not ideal. Cleaning crew did a terrible job as we could still see previous tenant food and grease on tables and counters, suncream stains on patio door and dust everywhere (you can only imagine how they did the bathrooms...) We redid a cleanup after arrival... I do not recommend this property to anyone.
