Updated, clean & tastefully decorated 2+ Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa with extended lanai and 2 car garage. Villa boasts luxury features including new hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, porcelain tiles, stainless steel appliances, crown molding and brick pavers. The villa has all the comforts of home and amenities of a resort. It features a primary bedroom with a KING bed, closets with organizers, full en suite with walk in shower, large tub, double sinks and cultured marble counters. The 2nd bedroom includes a QUEEN bed, dresser, closet and is located on the opposite side of the house for privacy. The den/3rd bedroom features a queen pull out couch with upgraded (comfortable) memory foam mattress and LED Smart TV with digital cable. Sleeps six comfortably. The living room includes a sofa with two new accent chairs, LED Smart TV with digital cable, Blu Ray/DVD player. Comfortable seating for 6+ at the extra large dining table with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The large lanai faces west, providing great sunset, nature preserve and water views. The outside features a beautifully landscaped yard and new Weber barbecue grill.

The Kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher as well as coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, cups and glasses. The villa also features a laundry room with clean new LG washer and efficient dryer.

Gran Paradiso is a gated resort community with access to an incredible array of amenities including 7000 SF zero entry resort style pool, hot tub, clubhouse, large fitness center, billiards, poker tables, library, sauna and steam room. Lovely villa

The villa was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. We stayed two months and loved it. The owner was very nice and good to deal with. He thoughtfully gave us a list of activities at Gran Paradiso. We would stay here again.

Highest possible, five-gold-star recommendation!

My husband and I rented this lovely home for the month of December 2021. We give this home our highest possible recommendation for the following reasons: 1) It is tastefully, beautifully and comfortably furnished. 2) The cleanliness is outstanding. 3) There are great, high-end, resort-like amenities in the community, including a large pool (with a walk-in shallow end that was great for our visiting granddaughters), a hot tub, and fitness center. 4) This host / owner is the best ever! He is extremely organized (including telling us everything we needed to know about the check in process in advance and providing a renters manual in the home), very responsive, and extremely helpful. We hope to rent this great home again next year!

We enjoyed our time in Venice The home was had a nice layout in a lovely neighborhood. There were parts of the home needing attention. Kitchen lighting was very dim . Lv chairs are worn. Home was not freshly cleaned. Sticky tile floors. Hair in shower drain. Soiled carpet. No desk for long term visitors. Golf courses were fabulous. Beaches and restaurants were great. Sweet people everywhere. ....neighbors too.

Great stay at this property.

We were pleased with our stay at this property. Our trip plans shortened our stay due to some scheduling changes, so it was shorter than planned. However, the unit was clean and just as described. It has everything you need to prepare meals. The owner also provided a garage door opener, which makes coming and going very easy. We were already familiar with the Gran Paradiso amenities, which we appreciate. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this unit if you are looking to stay in Gran Paradiso!

We recently stayed at this Villa and would highly recommend it. The unit was very clean and well stocked. We felt very comfortable here. The amenities are awesome. Great pool and workout facilities. This unit is close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Venice is a thriving community with a small town feel. The owners are very responsive and they were happy to answer questions and ensured we were able to get into the unit and ensured our stay was a pleasant one. Very accommodating and we would highly recommend this unit if you are staying in the Venice area.

Fantastic location & beautiful condo!

We love to travel and have stayed in a number of homes and condos, but we can say for certain that this was the best! This home is spacious, spotless, and in a great location. It’s an easy access to other locations north and south as well as a short drive to the beaches and Venice. The folks in the office nearby were very polite and helpful. This is a great neighborhood for walking, and the main complex has an amazing pool! We also enjoyed sitting out back in the large lanai watching and listening to the birds. We highly recommend this wonderful place! The owners are very responsive and pleasant to work with before, during, and after our stay! And......the beds are very comfortable!

Wonderful Stay!

We are just finishing up a one month stay at Villa Acqua. The villa was very well appointed, and the kitchen had everything we needed (and then some). In fact, my wife liked the villa decorating scheme so much she asked Bill and Marie where they purchased their furniture (and accessories/decorations). The amenities (pool/clubhouse) are fabulous, and the owners/renters we met while here were very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of activities to keep you occupied, whether hitting the resort style pool, the gym, the steam/sauna rooms, or a massage. Bill and Marie had plenty of towels, and even had beach chairs and "noodles" should you wish to partake of the M-W-F water aerobics (free of charge). We spent a great deal of time in the lanai barbecuing and having cocktails. Morning coffee in the lanai was peaceful and quiet, with an occasional bird flying close by. We appreciated the book that awaited us upon arrival, although we did not make it out to many of the recommended restaurants therein. :) Bill and Marie were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, and I would highly recommend their villa to prospective renters, although I would also recommend that you book early.

Villa Aqua Outstanding!

Just winding up a one-month stay at Villa Aqua-Outstanding!!! From the comfortable Villa equipped better than any rental I have ever been in, to the beautiful sunsets over the lake, and the resort style rec center and pool. Fabulous Place to Winter!

Perfect spot to spend the winter! Villa looked as if it was professionally decorated with all the comforts of home. Completely stocked kitchen with all you would need along with plenty of bedding; bath towels and even provided beach towels! Extra large lanais was perfect for hosting cocktail hour and to enjoy the Venice sunsets. No problems, everything went along smoothly. I would not hesitate to rent from Marie and Bill again!

We just completed a 3 month stay at this location. The Villa is brand new and tastefully furnished with nice furniture and all of the necessary equipment for a prolonged visit. The rooms are very comfortable and the extended lanai is a definite positive. The new clubhouse has a beautiful pool and a great recreational center. It is a pleasant street and our next door neighbors were very nice (something important in a Villa). We found the location to be just right for us with easy access to the beach and to various golf courses as well as to downtown Venice and Englewood. Most of our activities (and friends) were within a 15 minute drive with places like Sarasota or Gasparilla Island just a little further. We have been renting in this area for the last 10 years, and this was one of the nicer places that we have found. We highly recommend it for facilities, comfort and location..

SENIOR COUPLE

We enjoyed our stay at this brand new (Oct 2015) villa in Gran Paradiso. The villa has a large screened lanai and overlooks a nature area, and to the side, a lake for privacy. The Master bedroom had a slider to the lanai and a master bath with tub and shower to complement the king bed. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to cook many of our meals. There was an office that could double as a 3rd bedroom with its own tv that could be closed for privacy. The garage with opener and key pad locks on the doors allowed us access without keys. The villa is in a quiet area of Gran Paradiso but we walked to the recreation area where we enjoyed a sun deck, warm clover leaf pool, hot tub, billiard table, card room, tennis courts and pickelball courts. We felt welcomed by the locals wherever we went including a shopping mall just a couple of miles to the west which had multiple places to eat and shop. The owners were easy to work with by phone and email and we would recommend this villa for those wanting to be around Venice, Florida.

I have been visiting the West Coast of Florida with my parents and grandparents since I was a child. We chose Venice as it is such a quaint area with everything you need in a vacation area without all of the traffic and congestion. It is convenient to the beach with fabulous resort like amenities for all. I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
