NOW ACCEPTING BOOKINGS FOR SUMMER 2025! Looking for that perfect beach vacation destination in Point Pleasant Beach? Take a look at this 3 bedroom beach bungalow set right in the sand and only steps from the boardwalk and beach. This property is on a private lane with no vehicle access so it is quiet and perfect for a families with children. Point Pleasant Beach is busy in the summer but Brunswick Place is just off the main path to provide you peace and quiet. Because you will be only steps from the beach, you can pick the perfect spot on the beach and have constant access to the house for anything you might need.

The property is set directly between the Manasquan Inlet and Jenkinson's. The inlet provides great land fishing or you can get a 1/2 day of full day party boat to go deep. In the other direction is Jenkinson's Inlet which is a great family destination with games, rides, food and fun for all ages.

The area has many great restaurants that are all within walking distance or you can light the grill and cook the days catch and enjoy it under the umbrella out front.

If you do want to venture out but don't want to take the car, there is a trolley that does loops all summer and there is a stop right in front of the lane.

The house is a very clean and freshly painted 3 bedroom bungalow with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. This cute house can sleep 5 comfortably with 1 queen bed (master) 1 full bed and 1 twin bed bunk (second bedroom) and 1 twin and 1 trundle (third bedroom). The front sun room is perfect for your morning coffee or you can have it out front on the patio as you watch the sun come up. Or you can use the pull out couch at night with another full bed to sleep 2 more. On Thursdays there are fireworks on the beach directly at the end of the lane and you can sit right in front of the house and have a perfect view.

The week rental comes with 1 reserved parking spot which is convenient in the summer. There is also two parking permits that can be used for street parking. We also include 4 beach badges so the whole family can enjoy the beach.

A perfect destination for that family vacation down at Point Pleasant Beach.

Amazing vacation!

This is the perfect beach bungalow. The house is cozy, cute, and clean. You can’t ask for a better location. It’s just a few houses from the beach on a quiet path, but a quick walk to all the Point Pleasant attractions. We had pretty bad beach weather but our kids had tons of fun on the boardwalk (rides, arcades, fun house, aquarium, etc.). And Dana was very helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this rental.

Lovely home in perfect location

We have made wonderful memories staying at this lovely beach house with our family the past 2 summers. 3 rooms is great. Very tidy and clean and everything is fully functioning (which is not true for all beach houses!). Front room is great. Highly recommend for a family of up to 5 ppl.

Perfect for small family

This property was a great find for us. My wife and I (44m/42F) and our 2 kids (4f/2m) had plenty of room. Full size tub and shower are hard to find. Air conditioning worked great. Had a little extra room for grandma to come and spend some time at the beach. Walking distance to boardwalk and restaurants. House was clean with some VERY minor things that needed attention. Property owner offered to fix them immediately, but since they were so minor I told him not to bother. Would recommend 100%.

Great location

This was the perfect size house for a family of four. It was very clean when we arrived, and came with everything you need to have a great vacation. The beach passes, chairs, umbrellas were a great bonus! It had ample outdoor seating to entertain additional friends and family. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Point Pleasant beach.

Great Family Vacation

It's hard to understand how great this location is until you get there. The "lane" this house sits on is quiet and well kept. You are walking distance to all the attractions of the boardwalk and beach, as well as any number of local food options. The check in process is very quick and easy. The house has everything you could need to enjoy your time at the Jersey Shore. We will definitely be looking to come back next year.

Couldn't ask for a better vacation. The location was perfect. Jeff (the owner) was easy to talk to and provided all the information we needed. The neighborhood was great and everyone was very nice. Can't wait to go back!

There was ample sleeping for our large group that stayed, the open floor plan really worked out great for entertaining. I would definitely recommend a stay here and have plans on coming back for a longer stay as soon as I can. The Jersey shore is a fabulous destination.

Wonderful stay! From check in, which was awesome, owners very friendly! The home was very clean, the modern kitchen, bathroom, sunroom, living room and bedrooms all exceeded our expectations. Window treatments, bed linens, kitchen amenities and a fresh coat of paint made this home a great place to stay. Location is incredible, just a few houses from the beach and boardwalk, the other way....cute restaurants and shops. We loved the patio table right outside the bungalow. The bedrooms were spacious and had closets! Parking close and convenient. Overall, our off season stay was great! Very much looking forward to returning to this property in the Summer!

Why they chose this property

if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation for your family, We think you will love our home. Point Pleasant is a great family town and Brunswick is a quiet gated lane with the houses set right in the sand. You will be just steps from everything yet 4 houses from the boards to give you piece and quiet. Pull up an Adirondack chair and and set right in the sand in front of the house or take a few steps to sit with your feet in the Atlantic. We love the house and use it off season but enjoy sharing our little piece of paradise with families over the summer for others to create great memories.

What makes this property unique

The home is set in a private gated community with no vehicle traffic. The homes are set right in the sand that fosters a strong sense of community. Evenings are spent relaxing out front and enjoying the great company of your family and neighbors. Every Thursday can be spent watching the PPB fireworks from the comfort of your own front yard with the PERFECT view. You are just steps away from amusements, restaurants, great fishing and one of the best beaches at the Jersey shore with no need to get in the car until you head home. Most of our renters are return customers. A great vacation getaway!
