Seby's house is lovely. well-equipped, in a great location and she is wonderful to work with. The house has beautiful flowers in the front yard and its a great location if you like walking or biking for errands ... all sorts of stores, restaurants, night life within a mile and a half -- and it's on a quiet street despite being so close to things, a block and a half from Rt. 41 (Tamiami Trail). The house itself is in excellent shape. Everything works well -- the dishwasher is getting a little old but it works fine. Laundry in the spacious garage where you can store sports equipment, empty boxes, etc. Beds are comfortable as are the living room couches. Cable and internet great. Tile floors throughout, as is common in Florida. And a bird feeder on a window which mesmerized my cat for many hours.Negatives? None really, if you're there in February and March there's a lot of traffic in North Naples (not on the street where the house is, but the main roads can get backed up). That's about it.We had a great time!
The cottage is wonderful and we had a great time staying here. It’s beautiful and well stocked with everything needed for our stay. The host Seby is great to work with, and truly dedicated to be sure her guest have a great stay while at her cottage.
We loved staying at this beautiful house! It was very clean and well appointed. The owner was wonderful to work with. The front garden is just beautiful and the location is perfect for accessing the beach, restaurants, and other local sites.
The house was clean and very nice. We had everything we needed at the house. The house was beautiful inside and out. We had a great week in Naples! The owner was very responsive! Everything was wonderful!
Seby is a very gracious host. The cottage wax very comfortable and we loved the neighbourhood and all the wonderful nearby shopping. Great for walking the dog. Cottage had everything we needed.
The house was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The beach chairs were great. The house was close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was just a 5 minute drive to Delnor Wiggins Pass Sate Park where we went to the beach. Other beaches are close too. The owner was very prompt in answering questions even though she was on vacation out of the country. The weather was great!!!
The house was well supplied with things I usually have to purchase to be comfortable for a whole month. We were also welcomed by a gift basket. All was above and beyond expectations. Well done !

Three marvelous Winter Seasons
Our stays in Naples Park exceeded expectations. The owner of our lovely cottage was incredibly friendly, professional and responsive to any issue or question which arose.
The cottage is charming and well equipped......move in ready. The location is terrific with short distance to beautiful beaches, two movie theaters, many and diverse restaurants , Trader Joe’s, Wholefoods, and plenty of shopping. Naples Park is a friendly neighborhood and we met many people on our great dog walks. We highly recommend this wonderful getaway!

Perfect seasonal rental in Naples
My husband and I and our dog just spent the last three months in an attractive and well appointed little house in Naples. It was close to many (varied) restaurants, stores, entertainment, and any service anyone might require. A number of restaurants were within walking distance in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Unlike many of the vacation rentals, the house had good storage for everything from clothes to kitchen items. The owner made every effort to accommodate our needs, and attended quickly to anything that came up during the rental. It was really fun getting to know the area in Naples.

Another wonderful Winter Season in our cottage!
We continue to enjoy our special Naples months.
Our cottage is equipped with everything to make our
Stay just perfect. The owner has planned for every need and should an issue arise is always incredibly responsive. We couldn’t have found a more convenient spot....close to beaches, friends throughout Naples, shopping, movies, and entertainment. It is convenient to drive to friends in Ft Myers too! We have rented this marvelous cottage for two seasons and have secured it for the Winter months in 2019. Nothing compares.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Rates were reasonable, cottage was very clean and comfortable, kitchen is very well appointed for cooking meals at home. Great sized fenced back yard for our Golden, with a friendly dog owner neighbour behind. Excellent location in North Naples - quick and easy drive to downtown Naples, the Naples dog park, Vanderbilt beach, Delnor-Wiggins beach and Bonita dog beach. We walked to Vanderbilt beach a couple of times; it is walkable if you don’t need to carry much, or you can use one of the two bikes. Connor Park is also walkable, a pretty spot for leashed pups. Excellent communication start to finish with thoughtful owner, Seby. Everything you need for a wonderful stay is provided. It was just a perfect spot for our family of 4 plus pup. Highly recommend!

Perfect for us!
We totally enjoyed our charming cottage. The owner makes every effort to ensure every detail. All needs have been anticipated. The cottage is within easy walking distance to great restaurants, salon services and an easy drive to a fine movie theater, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, boutiques....the area is filled with every service and dining choices abound. We walked to the water every morning with our little dog!
We have been so happy with our experience this year that we quickly ensured our rental for next year. It met and exceeded our expectations!!!!!!!
Seby has done a excellent job to make this small house comfortable and attractive. She also welcomed us warmly and was very friendly.
The house was very clean and home-like. We enjoyed our stay.
Great stay very quite area and clean property, Seby was great to communicate with and check in was smooth. We enjoyed our alone time at this property and would stay again. Thank you for a peaceful stay.
We booked this location, sight unseen, a year before our stay. It did not disappoint! The house looked just like the photos and the garden was just as beautiful! We stayed for three months, taking long walks through the neighborhood of Naples Park; the beach, the canal, and local businesses. I received multiple compliments on the garden, which brought in butterflies daily. The weather in Naples in the winter cannot be beat. The house was amazingly well stocked, and very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our questions and wanted our stay to be the best. A fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful house with an awesome host
Seby was so kind and welcoming to us during the month we rented her house. From having a welcome gift on the front porch waiting for us when we got there to quickly addressing repair that needed to be made when the water heater went out, she was nothing but lovely and wonderful to work with. The house itself was quaint and had everything we could have possibly needed. We would absolutely stay here again and cannot recommend this house enough.

Even better than described!
My extended stay at the cottage could not have gone better! Super comfortable, complete in amenities, clearly well-maintained, all in a terrific and convenient location! I and my frequent traveling companions (dog & cat) felt at home right away. Seby could not have been more hospitable and responsive. I don't see myself staying anywhere else next time around! Thank you!

About the host
Hosted by Seby
While living in Cuba, in the 1950’s, my parents had a friend that was selling lots in Florida. They wanted to help the friend and bought this lot. We came to live in the United States in 1960. They always talked about building a house in Naples and retiring there, although they never went to see the lot until the 1970’s. . Upon retiring, they went to Naples for the first time. Built their little house and lived there happily for many years.
Why they chose this property
A few years after they passed I decided to move to Naples. In 2007, I completely remodeled the house. I did it with much love and enthusiasm; not as an investment property, but for my own use. I now live in North Carolina close to my family. In the summer I always stay at the cottage for a few weeks. The highlight of my stay is going to the beach everyday and enjoying the warm water. I am the opposite of the snowbirds, I love Naples in the summer!
What makes this property unique
The cottage has a great floor plan and does not feel small at all. It is very bright and confortable. I pay attention to every detail to make sure my guest fully enjoy their stay.
