The main level is dedicated to sleeping and includes two primary suites one with a king which includes its own ocean-view deck, another with a queen bedroom and large flat screen TV for streaming, and in the middle a kids room with a full over twin bunk bed. Perfect Home for Family

This is a perfect property for a family stay. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The home has a great layout. There is a well-maintained basketball court nearby. Also, the Knoll trailhead is just a 5 minute drive from the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Second stay and still great

This is a clean property in a nice, tucked-away neighborhood. There is a short walk down a well-maintained "hidden" path to the nearby beach access. This was our second stay here and it was as nice as the first. Zero regrets booking and will likely be back again.

Amazing stay !

What a great weekend we had at this house. So many activities close by and in the home. Very cute trail to beach close by making it a short and enjoyable walk. Pictures do not do this home justice ! View is much nicer in person. Rented many houses in the area and this is by the best we’ve stayed at. We are already looking forward to our next stay here !

Love this cozy spot in historic Oakland

The house is perfect for meeting up with family in Oakland! We will definitely be back. Super clean, cute and cozy. Walk to all of the antique shops a block away!

Beautiful home and location

It took us 10 minutes to find where the lock box was. Once in we were all impressed by the beauty and views. Bathrooms on every level was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Only problem were the steps for elderly and going up and down with a baby. Biggest downer was the dishwasher didn’t work and we had to do dishes for 9 at every meal with no drainer. They sent someone out but it couldn’t be fixed. The walk to the beach was super easy and fun. Hot tub was nice and back yard.would be perfect if we had brought our dogs.

Lovely and comfortable home

This was a great house for our group of 7 and only about two blocks walk from a wonderful beach for walking. Great hot tub under cover too. Kitchen could use some additional items but we had all the basics we needed. Would definitely return to this vacation home!

Lincoln City Wedding

The home was breathtaking! The hot tub was a huge hit with our family. The view from the top floor living room was amazing, a beautiful view of the ocean. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and get ready for a wedding. We will be back!

Newer home with easy access to the beach.

We were so comfortable in this multi-level home. Space for all age groups to spread out! We loved the great room upstairs with high ceilings, a view of the ocean, gas fireplace and open floor plan. Plenty of room for our family of 10 to cook, sit down to dinner and play games.

Beyond excellent

We were delighted to stay here. The impressive online pictures actually don't do it justice. It is spacious, modern, very clean, with all items in working order. We had a wonderful time. There is a 'private' shortcut walkway to the beach not shown Google maps. We also hiked the nearby Knoll/Thumb route (~ 4.5 mi) which offers gorgeous coastal views.

Great house to gather and enjoy life!

The kitchen and open dining/living room was perfect for our post-graduation beach celebration. There were some hiccups with wrong Wifi in text and despite them sending a worker out the first evening to try to fix it the correct information ended up being posted on the refrigerator (we discovered this after the worker left). Was also a problem with front door lock which meant one of the group lost 90 minutes of fun on the beach. Not huge problems but reflects an overly large rental company vs private person rental in my opinion

New Years at the coast

This is our 2nd stay at Chez Adsuar. It was perfect! We loved that the kids could be on the lower level having a ping pong tournament while the adults were on the upper level playing cards or cooking or having a beer on the deck. Sun was out and it was dreamy! Plenty of rooms for everyone to get a good nights sleep on the middle floor and lower level. Super sweet 5 minute walk to beach and easy walk through neighborhood to the meadow at Gods Thumb trailhead. Kitchen is well stocked. I need to note that the kitchen knives were well sharpened which is rare for a rental. We cooked up a storm! Thank you so much for making this house available for a magical weekend!

No hot tub!

Really bummed that the advertised hot tub was not available. Also when we arrived the cleaners AND the yard people were still there at 4:30 and were blocking all the parking. Cleaners left quickly but yard people were hanging around with dog and child for another 20 minutes. Other than those things it was a great vacation.

Beautiful house

The house is just as amazing as the pictures. I just have a few minor suggestions- it would be nice to have soap dishes for the bars of soap provided. I wish all rooms had a TV. The lock box was hidden (kind of) and we had an issue locating it at first, directions would have been nice. The patio furniture outside needs covers- it was a rainy weekend with beautiful sunbreaks and we were unable to utilize the furniture as it just sits out and gets wet. But again, the house is gorgeous- only minutes from the beach and you can hear the the waves at night. I would stay there again. Thanks so much!

Great view - some details lacking

The view from the decks of the ocean was a lot better than expected. The property is nice, however there were a few details that were lacking. First, the washing machine was broken (they notified us of this a couple days before). Second, the front door locked kind of oddly (you had to lift up on the handle in order to lock it) but there were no instructions - it took us a bit to figure it out. Third, the remote for the TV in the main living area barely worked at all - this might have been a good thing as we didn't watch TV. Overall, it is a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay. It is a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood was pretty quiet - no street noise
