For convenience, an ideal location and spectacular sunsets over the Three Brothers Rocks, Dock of the Bay 102 is a choice spot in the Taft District of Lincoln City. You can walk right out your door to the sandy beach of Siletz Bay, where seabirds call overhead and harbor seals bob in the water.

It’s a short stroll to the Pacific Ocean, past Mo’s seafood restaurant, a crabbing dock, piles of driftwood and a favorite seal lounging spot. You may never get in your car during your stay, because you can also walk to a grocery, bar, restaurants, a bakery, a hardware store and a glass-blowing studio—there’s even a spa called Rejuvenation.

Perfect relaxing weekend

Place was right on the bay. Morning walks to the ocean- beautiful even when cloudy and wet. Close proximity to good restaurants , groceries, presto logs and more. Very comfortable

Living room furniture was horribly uncomfortable, very worn, ripped cushion. Wifi only worked in the living room. Low shower heads, we are all average height and had to bend over to get hair wet.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was very clean. We didn’t use any of the kitchen appliances, but it seemed to have the basics. Our only complaint was how terrible the WiFi was. Spotty in the living room and pretty much non existent in the bedrooms. It would have been fine but our cell service was super spotty in the condo as well.

Loved the condo, RUDE UPSTAIRS GUEST!

First off, our stay was great and the condo was just what we needed! To the person who was staying in 302, we were fully aware of the rules posted by the owner and did not appreciate your uncalled for attitude and words spoken to us and our family! We made sure all rules were being followed and we could hear your very loud phone complaint and extremely rude comments! We are mot some white trash people and don't appreciate your demeaning comments about us!!!! Also, can you please fix the base of the shower head and the mold and cracks in the ceiling of the master bedroom!

Great stormy Spring Break stay

We got off to a rocky start with a late check in due to an extended cleaning schedule (it looked like the poor cleaning woman had a huge mess to deal with). And the grandkids and I got caught in a hail storm on the beach, so once we gained access to the condo we were SUPER grateful for heat and warm showers. We made a fire (bring presto logs!!) in the fireplace and were quickly settled in. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach. It’s a wonderful place to stay and we can’t wait to come back 😊

Good location. Over all it was a good stay. The couch and love seat were feather filled and very uncomfortable. Everytime you move you would get poked by feathers. The network and wifi were horrible a d pretty much non-existent.

Lovely spot for a girls getaway! Everything we needed, including the kitchen items were available. Very clean and great location! One of us swam in the ocean and the seals surrounded her and swam with her. Very sweet! We will come back in the spring.

Great view with a couple of maintenance issues

The Dock of the Bay 102 has a great view with mo stairs and is great for people with mobility issues. However most of the outlets seem to be unsecured to the boxes and cone out of the wall. There was also some wierdness with the living room tv as well. The firestick didnt seem to work at all and the dvd player was unplugged and disconnected. Minor issues, that can easily be addressed with a little maintenance. Otherwise a great place to stay! Thanks!

Couldn’t beat the location. Really great and interesting with the tidal bay. For the price, I would have expected the property to be more updated. Kitchen and bathrooms needed updates. Master shower was super small and shower head can’t be adjusted - making showering awkward.

I was a little bummed we couldn't use the back door and had to walk around. Also, you should put that you only allow a certain firewood because the website just says bring your own. Otherwise it was great.

A little dissapointed

Location and layout of the unit was great however we wish e would have known at the time we reserved it that the back door was broken and that there was no access out the back door. Also the caution tape strung across the back really took away from the stunning view shown on the website. As 2 ladies staying in a ground floor unit we didn't like that the door was broken; not sure if it could be opened by someone outside. We enjoyed the unit itself although it was not super clean with hair in the bathroom.

Great property...Terrible maintenance managment

The Condo was great, clean and well organized. We visited Lincoln City on a very stormy couple of days, which made it even more exciting being able to watch the water right out back. However due to the storm, we had water coming in from the heater, door, fireplace was bubbling and floors. We called the maintenance number that was given upon arrival through the property. We told them how the heater was stuck on and smelling burnt in the queen room (wall mount was turned all the way down/off) and how it was extremely hot in the room and we had to sleep with window open and fan going, along with water coming in in the family room. We also let them know that the tvs said there was no available network and we couldn't link up or find the wifi (not a big deal, they have many wonderful movies and games available to keep us busy). They said they would find someone and they would be right out to fix, but that was Monday right when we got there and we never heard anything else from them and we left Wednesday. The condo had plenty of towels, so we tried keeping the floor dry where the water was coming in. Due to the storm we didn't get to open the back door and venture out, but the view was just as beautiful standing inside where it was warm. This condo is beautiful and has every thing you need, from kitchen necessities to rainy day activities to keep you busy inside. We had a lot of fun visiting the town, just wish the maintenance people were a little more on it and helpful.

Relaxing getaway spot

This was the perfect spot for three sisters to get together. Easy access for beach walking, seafood lunches, wildlife watching in the bay from the patio. Fully stocked kitchen, though we could have used instructions for the coffee maker. Overall, we would be happy to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Nice place. Quiet. Great for walking the beach and the Taft Historic Neighboorhood. View over the rock wall is spectacular. I did not need to talk to property manager so only a 3 star (middle) rating.

Right on the beach!

The condo is what is shone in the photos online and the rocks are right outside the back door. There was a set of stairs three doors down to access the beach. Mo's restaurant and other shops are within walking distance. There were jigsaw puzzles and dvd movies to watch. We just relaxed and enjoyed watching g the birds and seals play in the water. What we didn't enjoy was the antiseptic odor of the cleaning products. Since covid, all rentals seem to smell this way anymore but everything was clean.

The location was good and the view was nice. The property was well stocked. However for the cost per night we felt that it could use some updating through out. Also the TV had no streaming services available and there no DVD player in the living room.
