Great stay for Disney adventure!

We stayed a week with our kids and grandkids at this property and loved it! The house is spacious, well-located, and the owner was very accommodating. My granddaughters loved the heated pool and princess bedroom! We were close enough to the Disney Parks for a fun day there but far enough away to get a break from the crowds. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was great! We had two little girls and a preteen who enjoyed the decorated rooms. We spent family time in the game room and had lots of fun together.

Excellent vacation house

Large house with so much room. We enjoyed the heated pool immensly and the game room was great for some competitive family fun. Great central location with most things a short drive away, including Disney.

Grands and Grands Trip

Two friends and I traveled with our grandchildren (9 total) for the weekend. The house was perfect there was so much for the kids to do, of course, the pool was their favorite. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in sooner than planned. This was great after almost 7 hours on the road! We enjoyed our stay.

Great home with lots of space!

This home was great for anyone with a large group of people. It had plenty of things for people to do of all ages. The home was well staged and clean. Mike, the property manager was easy to contact if you had any questions. The game room and video games were a hit with our three teenage grandsons, and we really enjoyed the pool as well. There were plenty of pool accessories for all ages as well. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone with large groups, or even medium size groups just looking for plenty of space. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The only thing to keep in mind if you have multiple vehicles is that the driveway is very small so unless you have four small vehicles you will really only fit two comfortably in the driveway.

Family Trip

The positive points are the house was very roomy and conveniently located to the Disney parks. Upon arriving, access into the home was easy and the contact was very quick with responses to questions. There were adequate towels for the bathrooms and pool. The gaming system was a hit during down times. It was nice having a washer and dryer available. On the negative side, the floors were dirty and felt greasy. We definitely ended up with black socks after walking around. The kitchen needs a few more items like a cookie sheet, teaspoons, dish cloths/towels and a pitcher. There were ants all around the pool. We also found two small bugs (unidentifiable) inside the house. The bedding seemed rustled and wrinkled - not fresh. For what it cost, I would say it was an okay place to stay but it (especially the floors) could use a good cleaning.

Our family spring break

The house is absolutely as described. It is beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. It was 13 of us and we had plenty of room and any and everything to do in and around the house to entertain the children. Our stay was wonderful and we would stay again!

Spring break

Our family visited Disney World for spring break. The house was just as described in the ad. It was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for all 13 of us. Plenty of entertainment for all ages. Our family enjoyed the house and we would stay again.

Disney & Universal Trip

The Pro's - The property as a whole is fantastic. The house was amazing and lived up to the pre-excitement of the trip. Although the rec room could use some updating, everyone enjoyed it very much. The pool was a HUGE hit. We had it heated and it was worth every penny. Great neighborhood, we always felt safe. We had 3 families, 3 kids and 6 adults. This house was perfect for our size group and we had tons of room. The Cons - The outdoor furniture by the pool is wobbly and somewhat uncomfortable. Needs replaced. Inside the house, everyone complained about the beds. They were not comfortable and were extremely noisy. Overall, knowing what to expect with the beds and outdoor furniture, this is minor in my eyes for the price and size of the house. We would absolutely stay here again for the price.

Exceeded our expectations

Stayed with the entire family for Mom’s 60th bday. Close enough to Disney and everything you need is super close. Communication before was super quick and dependable. There was no need to communicate during - everything was perfect. A bonus - that we did not know before hand- lots of baby necessities included. Crib, pack n play, high chair, baby gate. There was also an awesome gated playground walking distance from home. Awesome experience all around!
