The property was in good shape and clean. However, did not have good pots and pans to cook with and.

Felt it was a little over priced, no shampoo or new soap provided. Not sure I would rent the same place again. A little more effort could be made to make it more inviting for the price charged.

Ok property which is let down by poor professionalism by owners

The check in/check out procedure was very troubling. The owner didn’t have the property ready until check in time so as a result we checked in well after check in. But curiously when it came time to check out time they were pestering us to vacate well before check out time. Couple of slight details need attention to in the home. The upstairs bathrooms needed several flushes and on quite a few occasions necessitated the use of a plunger. The AC also did not provide adequate cooling upstairs. We were accused of damaging the drive way with a golf ball sized indentation in the pavement and the owner withheld some of the security deposit as a result with no basis or proof that said damage was our fault. In closing our experience was let down not so much by the property but by the owners. They were extremely unprofessional and down right rude. Even tried to withhold security for cleaning when there’s a built in cleaning fee in addition to them telling us not to clean so we can vacate earlier. Please stay away from this listing.

This is the second time to stay at this property due to our family events. We all love it and absolutely will come back. The house is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The owners were very approachable and ready to answer our questions any time. Thank you very much!

A fully-appointed and true "Home away from Home"!

We were extremely pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to return and/or recommend to others. I knew from the beginning that this would be a great stay, due to the host Sue's attention to detail and speedy responses to my questions. It was obvious that Sue wanted our stay to be a success and that she really cared about our time at her property. In terms of the property itself, it was clean and spacious, exactly as described. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had what you needed to be able to cook. Overall, a great find!

I booked this place to get ready for my wedding day. It was very beautiful, very clean and had plenty of space for myself and my bridal party. Home owner was very accessible whenever we needed her.

Loved this family home!

This new home was very clean and fully equipped with all house necessities. My family and I felt like home during our family visit to Canada. Every one in our family has own bed room and bathroom. We were very happy to book this home also due to its convenient location. We needed to do grocery shopping and it was very close to supermarkets and gas stations. The owners answered all our questions quickly. Thank you and will come back.

Really a comfortable stay!

The house is very new and the address was not shown on map when we booked. Sue gave us a clear direction from the airport. It worked out perfectly. The house was maintained very well! Great neighborhood. Close to many restaurants and shopping and highways. It was so convenient for us to go to Niagara Fall and downtown Toronto. The house was warm,cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
