Perfect location when staying in Orange. This is the second time we have stayed at Daves’s place in Orange. It is a short walk to downtown Orange in a quiet residential neighborhood. We absolutely love the location. It has everything you need. It is also very clean. Dave lives next door and is quick to respond if needed. Will definitely stay again. Couldn’t ask for more.
This is an amazing place to stay. My husband and friends met to go to Disneylandd. The 2 bedrooms worked out perfectly and the yard was great for our dogs, They enjoyed the trip. Will definitely stay here again.
Nice appliances. Well stocked kitchen. Could use some updated furniture and a bigger bed in 2nd bedroom. Bathroom was adequate. We did appreciate parking off the street. Owners were very nice.
Quaint and quiet location, house was very clean owners live next-door and are very responsive. Everything that we needed was there and what wasn’t was we were able to grab quickly due to the area. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.
Located in the middle of Old Towne’s residential neighborhood. Previous comments were directly on point and we were very pleased with its cleanliness and layout. The owner was very responsive to a question so in total, very happy.
This is our second stay here and we will always choose this property if available. Owners are great, house is adorable, and the neighborhood is so cute and safe!
My wife and I spent 3 days at this lovely cottage while visiting Disneyland. It’s a quick, easy drive to the parks and the neighborhood is wonderful. It’s very quiet and cute. Lots of folks out walking, walking their dogs, or chatting with their neighbors. The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The only item of note is the cottage doesn’t have central air, but is currently relying on portable A/C units for cooling. They did a fine job until the temps got into the upper 80s at which time the bedrooms did warm up faster than the units could maintain. I have no hesitation staying here again and look forward to it, but it is something to check on if you’re staying during the summer. The host, Dave, was super helpful when we had an issue with the TV, and was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. I look forward to our next trip.
We enjoyed our stay. My only issue was on Sunday we couldn’t control the thermostat and it got up to 89f inside the house. I realize most folks leave for the day but we didn’t. It would’ve been nice to control that piece. It was uncomfortable. I text the owner, never heard back. Other than that, I was pleased.
Great location to visit your student at Chapman and close to Newport and Laguna beach (30 minutes) and Disney.
Walk to circle and neighborhood great. House could use some updates, but everything was comfortable. Great to have dedicated parking in driveway. Would definitely stay here again.
We brought our grandson to Disneyland for his first time and for Christmas. The neighborhood was absolutely adorable. Clean and safe. A short drive to downtown Orange and many cute restaurants and shops. The house was exactly what we needed. I liked having the driveway to park, rather than the street and a private backyard for our pups to enjoy. The only thing that I think could change are the mattresses in both bedrooms. They are very hard and difficult to sleep on. With that being said we still think the house is great.
The furniture needs upgraded. Every indoor place to sit is broken down. One party member’s back went out by the end of the stay because there was no good place to sit. Both beds were hard to sleep on, the one I was on felt like I was directly sleeping on a box spring, it was like springs poking me between wood planks, but I did see it looked like there was some sort of foam mattress on there, it just did not do a good job. So the furniture was a huge flaw, but the only flaw. Everything else was awesome. Orange circle is totally walkable from the house, Disneyland is only 10-15 minutes away, I was to the beach in like 20-30 minutes, which was a total breeze. Loved the stay minus the furniture. Friendly safe feeling neighborhood too.
Cute little cottage. Beds were super comfy. Shower was hot. You will need to bring your own shower toiletries and coffee. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, and pans.

This Cottage was our first family home. In 2015, we renovated the next door residence and moved in. We have kept the cottage as a guest house and vacation rental.
Why they chose this property
We love Old Towne Orange because of the wonderful neighborhood, proximity to many wonderful restaurants and shops, and central proximity to everything Southern California has to offer.
