This wonderful house is located less that a minute from healing Warm Mineral Springs. One may wonder, what is the Warm Mineral Springs? The magical springs, that people from all over the world come to visit, is the largest warm springs in WORLD. Some people even call the place a Fountain Of Youth. The waters are known for their symptom reliefs and overall benefits for people's health. There is a wide spectrum of different nationalities including but not limited to Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and other European countries. The house has living room with Smart TV/cable TV., kitchen with big dining area. The kitchen has kitchen appliances and other cooking stuff. One bedroom has two twin beds . Second bedroom has a king sized bed. House has 1.5 bathrooms. There are bedroom and bath supplies like towels, sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers. House has drying and washing machine room with all laundry supplies including. Backyard has lanai includes an outdoor set of table and chairs.. Parking is available. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and grocery stores, restaurants, parks are close by. Beaches are less that 20 minutes away. You can contact me any time of the day and I will respond as soon as possible. I guarantee that you will enjoy your visit at this house.

Location was great for what I was doing from Sarasota to Fort Meyers. The furniture was very uncomfortable and so was the bed. The cleaning was a little sub standard. Usually there is a tv in the bedroom. Not in this case. The house was nice but it fell a little short for us.

Nice location, home needed things for guest. Hand towels, no grill, no storage bowls, no oven pans.

Had problems with fridge. Willing to have repaired inconvenient for us.

Nice house - not "magnificent"

House was nice enough, but felt it could have been cleaner and in better working order. Clothes dryer didn't work, but give them credit for replacing it. Clothes washer was difficult to turn knob for settings. Sheets were nubby. Tub had rust stain. Some overhead lights out. Plenty of space and closets. Nice to have garage for gear. Quiet and private. With some small improvements it would be great. This is our first Vrbo vacation rental, so we don't have anything to compare it to. We would go again, because overall we could live with the little things.

Nice Place

We found a few things that did not work in the house and the mattress on the queen bed was a bit hard, but the house has a nice layout and we did enjoy our stay there. It's close to restaurants, stores, gas stations and about 15 min to most gulf beaches.

Nice Home in good location

Home is very nice and roomy. It’s in good condition and all the rooms were clean. The location is very convenient to Hwy. 41. Very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen equipment is in quite poor condition. The bed and linens need upgrading. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, house was great and very close to the main road Rt 41 which took us to Englewood, Port Charlotte, Ft Meyers and Punta Gorda.
