About this property

Full kitchen with washer/dryer, convection oven, air fryer, dishwasher, large refrigerator, wood burning fireplace in living room, master bedroom has king size bed, second bedroom has 2 queen beds with all new mattresses. The Condo overlooks and steps away from pool, jacuzzi and kid's pool ( Opened Memorial Day through Labor Day). Beautiful view of lake from living room and dining area. Mountain Lake Club has nice beach area, another pool, small boating, fishing. For skiers in winter, slopes are just a 2 minute drive (approx. 1/2 mile), or 10 minute walk. The unit has everything you need on vacation. Central air, heat, a fireplace with firewood that is available in front of the building at no additional fee. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. There is one King size bed and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. In the event you forget there are extra bed sheets in the closet (all king size sheets) and towels under bathroom vanity, however, please wash, dry and return to closets prior to your departure or leave $25 on kitchen counter for laundering.

Excellent Getaway

Ron was an excellent host with great communication. The place was beautiful and spacious with a lot of amenities. The location was quiet and relaxing. There are activities in the area if you’re interested.

Weekend getaway

Very well layed out and furnished Ron had an abundance of coffee and compliments to it as well. The house was very clean. Views are awesome. He was in contact immediately and responded very quickly to any questions. Great host great home.

Perfect condo!

My husband and I and our four teens stayed for a few nights to ski. Location to Big Boulder could not have been easier and a short drive from Jack Frost. Easy to get into the parking lot, parking was a breeze, condo stocked with everything you could need. Huge selection of board games for a family game night! Would definitely stay again...a summer trip next time?? The view of the lake and pool is amazing! And free fire wood!

Winter Weekend Stay

The property is exactly as advertised with beautiful views of Big Boulder Lake, very spacious, and in a very secure gated community. Parking was plentiful and access to the condo unit was very easy up a short flight of stairs. The condo unit is very well maintained, very well furnished, and very clean. Communication with the host was excellent; he was also very accommodating to our schedule. We had a great stay and would stay at this property again!

Amazing Stay w/Beautiful Views!

Great Location & GREAT host

Wife and I had a wonderful short getaway in Lake Harmony. Property is in a great location. Clean, well-stocked and any amenities anyone would need for a relaxing stay in the mountains. Enjoyed Nick's Lake House and did the tour of the No 9 Mine in nearby Lansford (Highly recommend). Ron is a fantastic host who quickly responds to any questions. Looking forward to staying again!

Perfect gateway

Apartment is very spacious, have 2 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Beautiful view on the lake from balcony. Ron is very easy to deal with.

Birthday Weekend

This place was perfect for us! We hung out on the covered balcony every morning. The rain didn’t hinder our enjoyment at all. We wrapped up in blankets and enjoyed our hot coffee taking in the view of the lake. We watched a pair of eagles, deer, and chipmunks. We hung out at the bar in the kitchen in the evenings and played games from the stocked closet. It was truly a perfect getaway! The information online made the check-in and check-out easy and efficient. There were no surprises. The local restaurants were great and easy to get to! We will definitely be booking this again! Thanks for an incredible experience!

Fantastic place

The condo was very clean. Extremely well stocked. If you forget something, it will most likely be found there. Kitchen is clean and stocked with tons of plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, silverware, keurig with all the fixings, range, toaster, toaster oven and dishwasher, and full sized fridge. Also has washer and dryer. Free wi-fi. Loved the location and photos on listing are very accurate. Extremely good communication with owner. Will stay again in future.

Fabulous Lake House Getaway

We had an excellent stay at this awesome condo. The view was spectacular, the location and convenience to restaurants and attractions couldn't be beat. It was a chilly weekend, so we couldn't take full advantage of the pool, but it looked to be very well kept and probably super fun in the summer

Peaceful and Beautiful Location!

We had a wonderful stay with our two little girls. The view of the lake and the pool is beautiful, and the surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful. The weather was unseasonably cold for August, so it was great that the pool was heated. The house was clean, and the kitchen had coffee and tea available. Note that you will have to either bring your own towels and linens or wash the ones available before you leave (or leave $25 for them to be laundered). We would be happy to come back!

Summer escape

It was 10 degrees cooler in Lake Harmony compared to NYC, plus lower humidity! Ron’s condo is just as described- and with the pool and hot-tub- overall we had a lovely getaway. The passes to the low-key lake club give access to outdoor games like corn-hole and ping pong, tennis, and a wide array of boats (for a reasonable rental fee). We enjoyed hiking a short trail to Hawk Falls and there are many other trails to explore if we had the time. Some of the restaurants nearby serve breakfast/lunch only. Our favorite for lunch was Terra-Cottage Cafe. If you feel like splurging on dinner, we recommend Louie’s Steak place- great menu and atmosphere. The pillows, sheets in closet and towels in cabinet are numerous; we chose that option (instead of bringing our own) and left $25 cash for the laundry.

Cozy condo with amazing views

Check in and communication with Ron was easy. We were able to text about a few of my questions. While this condo isn’t updated, it provided comfortable sleeping and everything you would need in the kitchen. The pool closes at 6 PM during the weekdays which we thought was a little early considering Summers only so many weeks long, so if you have kids looking to enjoy the pool, just know that it closes promptly at 6 PM during the week and 8 PM on the weekend.

Cool mountain stay

We had an enjoyable, short getaway in this tranquil second-floor unit of a gated-condo community. The balcony view is beautiful and the cooler temperatures were lovely during an area heat advisory. An added plus is the very comfortable king-sized bed. Ron was an easily-accessible host and he provided clear instructions. Note that the pool is guarded and thus the hours are restricted to 10-6, Mon - Thurs and 10 - 8, Fri & Sat; lake swimming is restricted to the guarded beach a few minutes drive away.

Perfect place!

Had a great getaway with family! Ron is an excellent host, very attentive and accommodating. The condo is clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Fantastic getaway spot!

Relax

Weekend getaway. Nice and cozy, caught on one of my favorite show (The Chi). Went out to eat at a few local restaurants , thanks to all of the restaurants menus left on the table in the living room. The owner checked on us a few time which was nice. Was able to have an early check in and a late check out. Didn’t see the bear family lol. Maybe next time. Will definitely go back once the weather gets warmer.

I grew up in the midwest and went to school at University of Michigan. My wife grew up in North Jersey and went to school at Douglas. Currently live in Blue Bell, PA and children and grandchilden enjoy visits to relax and share good times with excellent views at the Condo.

The condo overlooks the Midlake Condo Pool, hot tub and lake. Also from Memorial day to end of September you have guest passes to use the Big Boulder Lake Mountain private club which has another pool, sandy beach and availability to rentals of boats, canoes, kayaks, Pontoon boats to go out on Big Boulder Lake. Boulder View Tavern is an excellent choice for lunch or dinner and you can take in the beautiful sunsets.
