Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Easy check-in process
- Good location
- Good selection of TV services (Max, Xfinity, etc.) ensuring at least you're entertained the few hours you're at home at night
Now, the Cons:
- When god said let there be light, he didn't mean here (barely any lights in the property and from the ones there 2 lights stopped working)
- Clogging issue. The tub in the guest room would clog where the water would be above ankle depth and the water would take HOURS to drtain
- Dish washer doesn't work. So you will have to wash everything by hand
- The lamp of death. This lamp is placed to badly and at a height where each and every one of us adults hit out head multiple times on it. The big metallic lamp-bulb hold is at a height directly at your head/face and it is right at the passage to the rooms. I legit got a concussion one day because I hit my head 3 times
- We escaped the TX heat to enter the Aspen heat. Now, Aspen was actually pleasant, but the temp in the house was at 90 degrees. The THERMOSTAT DID NOT WORK and every night we were not getting a good night's sleep due to the insufferable heat
- The house and things in it are from the 1960s (or 70s?) so most things didn't seem to work
- Forget privacy. The guest room door didn't shut. Forget locking it, it just didn't shut. So it would stay ajar
- The light above the dining table didn't work
Overall, the location is nice. It is a walk from Snowmass village which is a nice spot. But I would not stay here again
Nice condo and convenient shuttle stop right outside. We got back from skiing after a cold afternoon, couldn’t wait for that hot shower.... no hot water! Had to wait for 1 ½ hours until hot water was available. Also, we were really looking forward to using the fireplace. Got it to work once in 3 days. Lastly, the info on the condo indicates laundry equipment. No washer and dryer in the condo. Must be in some central location in the complex.
Otherwise, we had a great time!
This condo is in a great location - easy walking distance to market, restaurants, ski lift, and Snowmass shuttle.
Pros: Location, convenient parking, comfortable beds, good basic kitchen supplies for limited cooking, nice views from living room/balcony, clean, easy check in/check out, lots of linens provided, great fireplace (gas), good closet/dresser storage, nice space.
Cons: Washer and dryer not in unit (shared laundry at complex), pool/gym some distance, there were times parking was full and had to park some distance away (though this likely due to the special event nearby and non-residents parking without permission), some noise from upstairs unit (heavy footsteps) - but not too bad.
If I were being very picky: showers could use new grout (but they are clean), carpet could use a cleaning (but well vacuumed), a bluetooth speaker would be nice to have on hand, a little more light in the bedrooms would be great.
Overall a great place to stay in a great area. Hope to come again soon.

Great place we’d definitely stay again!
The location was wonderful! It was spacious and clean however the noise from neighbors upstairs was difficult with a baby.

Solid spot
Place was pretty much as advertised. Items of note:
Pros: walking dist to the slopes. You can use the bridge which is right by the condo and walk to the chair lift, as well as ski most of the way home. Also very short 5 min walk to the grocery / liquor stores which was awesome. The living space was great for the 4 of us. Beds were pretty comfortable
Cons: Grill was unusable. It turned on, but there was absolutely no way to control the heat and the flames were too big to put anything on there. Also the kitchen utensils are pretty limited, but enough to get by. Community hot tub was a 5 min walk so we didn’t use because wasn’t very convenient.

Great Place for JAS Keith Urban rocked new fan!!
Great location to stay for the Jazz Festival. The free shuttle stops close to the condo. We walked home after the concerts took to long for them to load shuttles. Nice and clean!!
