About this property

Holiday home for max. 6 people - with 2 bathrooms and free bicycles

Our cottage (70 sqm) is the most beautiful beach in about 300m away. We offer you an exclusive holiday house - is furnished and has everything to comfort, to be desired - blue as the sea and yellow like the sun.

Two bedrooms and two baths are ideal for a relaxing holiday with the whole family.

The ground floor has a living / dining room with access to the sunny terrace and the dinky garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The dining room has. A large table with 6 chairs, living room a comfortable leather sofa (sofa bed), a comfortable chair with reclining function and other rattan armchairs, flat screen TV, DVD player and CD radio Wi-Fi is available, the code will be determined on site.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), the second on composable single beds (2x 90x200 cm). A cot with mattress is available and can be installed in both rooms. There is a lot of cupboard space. Both bedrooms have blinds and curtains to darken.

Kitchen: dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob and microwave. High quality equipment for 6 people. Stylish china and cutlery, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

Fully enclosed garden with garden furniture (incl. Conditions) and a comfortable beach chair.

Desk is in the basement a cart and two good touring bikes (Giant, 7 speed) is available.

Washing machine (Miele) and dryer are in the basement.

ANIMAL HOUSE The house is FREE - no exceptions are possible.


Our service 'as in the hotel' on arrival: Upon arrival you will get made beds and a linen package per person. You also get a kitchen set (dishwashing liquid, dish cloth, tea towel) and an initial supply of toilet paper.

Sehr schönes kleines Häuschen in top Lage

Wir fanden alles sehr top. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Sogar Fahrräder standen uns zur Verfügung. Das einzige was dringend gewechselt werden müsste, ist die Bettwäsche. Die hat muffig gerochen leider. Wir waren sonst mit allem zufrieden.

Ein wundervolles Ferienhaus

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, unser Urlaub war traumhaft. Besonders toll war es, das man Fahrräder inklusive Kindersitz zur Verfügung hatte. Der Strandkorb war auch ein absolutes Highlight! Das Haus ist gepflegt und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man im Urlaub so braucht.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer guten Ausstattung. Super auch mit kleineren Kindern (Babybett, Treppenschutzgitter, Rolladen). Lage ist super. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Fahrräder und Bollerwagen echt super. Möglichkeit auch Sachen zu waschen und trocknen fanden wir echt super. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Schöne Woche

Das Haus liegt sehr toll, kurz hinter Niendorf, so dass man kurze Wege zu dem beschaulichen Ort und zur Bude 8 hat. Super viel Ausstattung für Kleinkinder dabei Der Strandkorb und der Bollerwagen sind ein echtes Highlight.

Frühsommertage in schönem Häuschen

Sehr schöne Unterkunft bei der an alles gedacht wurde. Einzel Betten etwas weich, die Matratzen im Doppelbett sind fester. Super Möglichkeit auch die Wäsche zu waschen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich eine größere Küche schöner finden aber für ein paar Tage/ eine Woche passt alles wunderbar! Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz, die Lage des zur Wohnung gehörenden Strandkorbs top!!

So geht Urlaub

Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns gut entspannen. Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Perfekt als Familie.

Haus war sehr gemütlich, allerdings war die Kanalisation nicht in Ordnung, so dass wir weder duscheA

So sehr gemütlich, allerdings wegen de Kanalisation sehr nervig, weil es im Keller ständig gepiept hat, ohne das ich was tun konnte und dieser Piepton bis zu anderthalb Stunden gedauert hat und nicht abschaltbar war. Der Vermieter konnte auch nicht wirklich helfen, da er meinte, dass ich das Ende des Pieptons abwarten müsste, allerdings dauerte er über mehrere Stunden an und im Urlaub möchte ich ja andere Dinge erleben.

Saubere Ferienhaus mit umfangreicher Ausstattung und schönem kleinen Garten. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (1,5 und 4 Jahre) vor Ort und würden das Haus für Familien mit Kindern auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende zu fünft in diesem Haus verbracht und uns sofort rundum wohlgefühlt. Es ist umsichtig und liebevoll eingerichtet, nicht mit Restbeständen von zu Hause, sondern sehr geschmackvoll. In der Küche ist alles da, was man bei anspruchsvollem Kochen braucht, und von allem auch so viel, dass man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine anmachen muss. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr gefreut, Spiele und Bücher vorzufinden, und unser persönliches i-Tüpfelchen war der tolle Bollerwagen, mit dem die Strandgänge so viel bequemer waren. Danke für den tollen Kurzurlaub!

Sauber, angenehm gelegen und gut ausgestattet

Es hat alles gepasst. Der Kontakt mit Familie Eusterbrock war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, das Haus sauber und nur zwei Straßen vom Strand entfernt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen. Da bereits ein Beistellbett sowie ein Hochstuhl vor Ort waren, mussten wir für unsere Zwillinge nur ein Bett und einen Stuhl mitnehmen. Generell war von der Waschmaschine bis hin zu Fahrrädern quasi alles vorhanden was man so brauchen könnte. Besonders für Familien mit Kindern zu empfehlen!

Familienfreundliches und großzügiges Domizil

Wir haben mit unserer dreijährigen Tochter elf wunderbare Tage an der Ostsee verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Wir als Hobbyköche kamen aufgrund der umfassenden Küchenausstattung auf unsere Kosten. Für unsere Tochter waren die Strandsachen im Schuppen ein Highlight, sie konnte alles mit an den Strand nehmen. Die Fahrräder waren goldwert, der Kindersitz passte genau für unserer Tochter. Die persönlichen Notizen und Empfehlungen der Vermieterin, welche sie in einem Buch handschriftlich zusammengestellt hat, waren sehr hilfreich, boten auch Anreiz, viele Dinge zu entdecken und gaben dem Aufenthalt einen persönlichen Charakter. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die äußerst freundliche und sehr zuverlässige Art der Vermieterin, die per E-Mail oder telefonisch regelmäßig mit uns in Verbindung stand und sich um unser Wohl sorgte. Dies ist nach unserer Erfahrung nicht alltäglich und hat uns sehr gefreut. Wir können die Unterkunft vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen.

Geheimtipp

Sehr tolles Ferienhaus, super ausgestattet für Kinder! Es liegt ruhig, in Strandnähe und fußläufig ins Zentrum. Das Haus scheint neu renoviert zu sein, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zudem noch viele Kinderspiele und Bücher. Im Gartenhaus gibt es einen Bollerwagen und viel Strandspielzeug, zudem noch Fahrräder. Das Highlight war der Strandkorb am Strand! 👍🏻 Die Vermieter sind sehr nett!
