The expansive back entertaining deck incorporating a Horizon pool is an awe-inspiring added feature capturing delightful ocean breezes, picturesque views over 1770 bay waters and a stunning mountain backdrop. This is the perfect place to wind down, relax and wine n dine with family and friends whilst taking in a majestic 1770 sunset. The property offers free Wifi.
The waterfront of 1770 foreshore and the Tree Bar restaurant is only 300m stroll down Elliott St. Here you can indulge in the calm water swimming, watercraft activity, bbq and picnics in the park, plus walking tracks for your leisure. The Tree Bar restaurant is open every day and provides an alfresco bar for your enjoyment. The 1770 marina is simply 300 m away, the place for launching your boat or tinny for some offshore or estuary fishing. 1770 is also the gateway to Lady Musgrave Island and the Great Barrier Reef book your day tour for an unforgettable time on the reef. Agnes Water shopping area and patrolled surf beach is a simple 5km drive away.
