The home was clean and was essentially what was promised through VRBO marketing. We would have liked to have cookie sheets provided, but all the essential pots, pans, dishes and glasses were there. Trash was supposed to be picked up each day, but it was not picked up during our stay. That wasn't a problem for our group and could probably have been fixed had we called about it. All in all, it was a great place for family fun, had good access to both park entries, and was a short distance from downtown Estes.
The place was great, plenty of room for everyone. We had 4 folks and everyone had their own space to decompress. We would definitely stay again if passing through the area. One improvement would be to include a few laundry pods. This is the first VRBO we’ve stayed at that didn’t include a few. We also assumed the place had A/C, this is our fault for not checking. Estes can get warm during the day. The nights cooled down the house enough, but the first night was a little unpleasant. Two minor things, overall we enjoyed the place.
perfect place to stay for a conference at the ymca, hiking in rmnp, access to walk to downtown. plenty of room inside - actually bigger than i expected. family loved it
This rental was a perfect fit for our group. Very nice place and the location was great. Jamie with Rocky Mountain Resorts was very responsive with any questions we had.
We enjoyed our stay here; the only thing that was an inconvenience was that someone had to get out and go through the house to open the garage. An outside garage code box would be great! Other than that great place for the weekend!
Thank you so much for sharing your space with us We loved the location for a wedding at Skyview. The one neighbor who had trouble with my family parking for 3o minutes to visit was handled. It is too bad he needs to get a new hobby ! Lynn provided everything we needed. She can’t choose her neighbors!
This was my daughters and I first time in Estes Park and this property didn't disappoint. Everything was cozy, clean and ready to go when we arrived. There was plenty of space and beautiful views of the mountains. It's also super close to the main street of town, so shopping and eating were easy. I would definitely book this place again. My daughters feedback was that the house could use an upgrade for Wifi and smart TVs, they loved the blankets and fans that were provided.
This was a nice house, close to town. We stayed in Estes for the Wool Market so easy access to the fairgrounds was awesome. The only challenge we had was with parking. We had one truck and 2 large SUVs and only one truck could fit in the garage. The first night we thought we did a good job parking the other 2 SUVs out of the way of the other property’s but apparently not. As we were all in bed the neighbor came banging on the door then was rude to my sister once she answered the door. Other than that, the property was great! Clean and accommodating for our family! Thank you!
We loved our time at this lovely condo. Everything was as expected. Although the neighborhood is a typical neighborhood (not out in nature), the location near downtown was fantastic. The parking situation was really confusing and it seemed like the neighbors were unhappy with us, but the property manager’s instructions were helpful. The microwave was broken, but they brought a new one right away. The house was very well laid out and the 8 of us were not cramped at all. Btw, please know that this house does NOT have A/C and for the most part, we did not need it with the windows open and a fan.
Clean property, only minutes from downtown Estes and shopping, and short drive to RMNP.

Great Views but Beware of Neighbor
One thing you cannot beat is the views of Longs Peak from the living room and master bedroom - it was gorgeous all weekend and it was quite enjoyable to just stare out at the mountains.
I will note that cars can be an issue here. We were told that we had four parking space during the weekend which two had to be in the garage. But we were not given a garage door opener so it was a huge pain to have someone jump out of the car to open and close the garage.
The neighbors were also very angry and made us parking our cars every time we left and came back awkward and uncomfortable. These neighbors even went as far to spy on us from the patio walk way... It was very uncomfortable and made the stay stressful which was the last thing we wanted. I'd recommend the property manager talks to the the neighbor and gives clear instructions on parking to the guests so that this situation does not happen to them.
Super clean. Comfy beds. Quiet neighborhood. Great location close to the city. Relaxing, peaceful home. The only thing missing were cookie sheets and aluminum foil. We will definitely be back.

Lots of sleeping space but...
We stayed a few days here and it was nice that everyone had their own bed. A few things could make this place so much better...More comfortable living room furniture, especially when all of us trying to watch a movie. Extra seating on the patio - there was only a small 2-seater bench so we couldn't really enjoy the small space, the "fully stocked" kitchen was very basic so bring your own foil and saran wrap, a garage door opener would be helpful since we could barely fit 2 SUVs on the DRIVEWAY without the neighbor coming out to yell at us about parking, (we had to run inside to open the garage when needing to come/leave). We always kept one car in the garage after the neighbor incident though.
Some blinds were broken, the microwave missing a section, a toaster with a does not work post-it on it and the coffee maker wasn't working well - a Keurig would be such an easy upgrade. I understand items weren't perfect but I wanted to make sure we wouldn't be charged for this as I wasn't expecting to see broken items upon check-in. The check-in place is about 4 miles away from the condo so plan for that when arriving and leaving. This place was decorated really nice and the kitchen was big, great for cooking and moving around in with a few people. It was great to have room to spread out in the bedrooms and the 2.5 bathrooms were generous in size. The day bed is in a loft so there is limited privacy...still wonderful having enough beds for everyone though. The blinds are light so it doesn't get that dark in the bedrooms/condo, especially with a nearby streetlight.
We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space for a family of 8. Pictures don't do it justice!! Loved the spacious kitchen. There were no laundry supplies or coffee filters.
We enjoyed this property because of the space and location. However it n the kids bunk bed room, the door was completely broken, tv didn’t work and there was blood splatter on the wall. Grossed us out! Other than that, it was fine.
The Virginia property has plenty of space for 5 of us (Mom and Dad in the master, each of the 3 grown kids in a room/loft/bed of their own). Big kitchen was nice for avoiding restaurant crowds, big towels were nice as well. Walking distance to town, close to RMNP and the grocery store. The only issues were minor (screen door broken, lunch meat fridge drawer kept falling off, WiFi didn’t work, trash in the garage was full and stinky in the garage, no Blu Ray player though the manager said there was one in a direct message). They did send some over to resolve issues, so I would not let these points deter you. There is no A/C but it was a low of 55 in July and box fans (no ceiling fans) so not an issue. Make sure to bring laundry detergent, hand soap for the kitchen, shampoo and bats of shower soap. We also brought coffee and filters. They had starters of some of this stuff, but not enough.
We enjoyed our stay here, they had everything we needed except dryer sheets. We asked for another fan and got it within minutes. 3 bedrooms upstairs with a bunk bed in one, master bedroom on lower level. Nice seating in living room with soft table for games. Right near RMNP and walking distance to downtown Estes Park.
Place was nice and clean. Very spacious. We had stayed at a hotel in Denver the night before and I’m so glad we didn’t stay in one at Estes. We had more room than we knew what to do with. Which was great! The kids had their space and the adults had their own too. Felt just like being at home. Good internet. Good fireplace. Excellent kitchen! Lynette! Lynette was fantastic. Answering all my questions. Giving me valuable info regarding weather and specific questions that I had. Promptly replied to me with valuable information each time. The place was nice and the service Lynette provided - even better. I’d stay at this place or any of their properties in a heart beat.
Our family of five really enjoyed our stay. Being within walking distance of downtown during a very busy July 4th week was perfect. 8 minute walk. The kids enjoyed (as did us) having their own space upstairs separate from the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. And having a garage...never really thought about that, but enjoyed having it.
We had just a couple of needs and the management company was right on top of it.
