As soon as you return to your unit, why not take a quick swim in the Gulf Front heated swimming pool, just steps around the corner of your balcony. Or take a book and drink to the small private beach in front of your lanai. Maybe take a walk on the trail and throw a fishing line in while you enjoy the sunset.

Everyone is guaranteed a good night's sleep during your stay at this wonderful condo! Two guests can claim the king-size bed in the master bedroom with an En suite, while 2 other guests can sleep in the second guest bedroom on their (2) twin mattresses or push together the two twins to make a comfortable king size bed, with 2nd bathroom outside your room. You will find 50in flat-screen cable TVs in both bedrooms, 28in TV Roku in den, and 60in Smart TV in living room, so you can watch at your leisure.

You are 35 miles North of Saint Pete and approx. 45 mins from Tampa International. THE LOCATION
You could not ask for a better location than this condo! Though the unit is set back from all the hustle and bustle, it is less than 1 mile from some of the best restaurants and shops, and not to mention, just a short drive to fantastic beaches.
Pack up your towels and take a 5 to 10-minute drive to one of the State’s most fun beaches: SunWest Beach! In addition to pristine white sand, this beach offers jumping floats, cable swings, restrooms, and showers, a D.J., a food truck and $5.00 a carload parking. You will find many of other family-friendly beaches: Honeymoon Beach, Caladesi Island all within a reasonable distance of the condo that guarantee a fun day for everyone in your travel group.
Are you interested in kayaking, jet skis, party barges or other watercraft rentals, to spend the day out on the Gulf! Aquatic adventures on lakes and rivers await, just a short drive North in Weeki Wachee.
Once you have worked up an appetite after a day on the Gulf or sand. Take a short drive to Sam’s Bar and Restaurant, Catches, and/or Skinny’s. They all offer local town food and appetizers, along with outdoor dining. You could eat at a new restaurant every night.
