Direct Oceanfront Condo-Fabulous Views-Heated Pool- 20 feet from the Beach!

Welcome to the Paradise Beach Club on the Atlantic Ocean! The beautiful, renovated and well maintained building is as close to the beach as you can get! The large heated pool overlooks the ocean. The complex was built right next to the sea wall so that it is closer to the ocean than any other building in the County. It is perfectly situated on a beautiful quiet stretch of beach, yet very close to shopping and restaurants.

This is a second floor, direct oceanfront unit overlooking the pool and panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean. The kitchen has been remodeled with granite countertops, new cabinets, and opened to reveal more of the ocean view. The large balcony is perfect for that morning cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise!

Decorated beautifully with upscale taste. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked. The dining area sits 6 people comfortably. There is a large 55" HD flat screen TV in living room with an additional TV in the master bedroom A spacious master bedroom suite offers ocean views, a king-size bed, and private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with separate bathroom.

We are ten minutes south of Cocoa Beach and one hour east of Orlando. Spend the day at Disney World and come back to the beach at night!. Satellite Beach has great restaurants, a world-class tennis center minutes away, and golf close by.

Family friendly right on the beach!

Perfect for our family of 4 - steps from the beach and beautiful ocean view right outside our window. Pool was a nice bonus and all the beach gear was supplied (umbrella, chairs , beach towels). Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Owner was very responsive. Would highly recommend.

If the Beach Matters Most

Know your priorities. If you’re looking for new, modern, pristine accommodations this is not it. Updates have been clearly done but more are needed. The communication with the hosts was minimal in that response time was long or unresponsive on another occasion. Now!!!! The proximity to the beach is the BEST!!! Sunrises daily-just magnificent.

Great little getaway

Favorite things were the views and the location. Loved waking up and watching the sunrise right from the balcony. Close enough to enjoy Cocoa Beach without all the crowds.

Prefect little 2 bedroom right in the beach. Loved the heated pool and beach access. Condo was all kept and stocked. Perfect spot to relax for a few days.

Steps to the beach

We originally had plans to go to the gulf coast. However, due to hurricane Helene we had to make other arrangements within one day. We found this property on VRBO. We couldn’t have been happier. Very nice and large 2 bedroom unit. View of pool and ocean. Have never stayed anywhere this close to the ocean. Literally right off balcony.

Great weekend at the beach

We really enjoyed our weekend. The condo has a great view and we loved listening to the waves at night! The furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We'll be back!

Quick Family Trip

We have stayed at this property many times in the past (although not this specific unit) for long weekend family trips. We love the large balcony and how quiet the property is. It's also nice that the pool is right on the ocean! Check-in and parking are easy and the units are clean and spacious.

Great Beach View

Loved the closeness of the beach! Well stocked kitchen. The couch was comfortable but a little low and king bed pretty tall! I've got old joints, so those 2 things were a little annoying, but not a reason to not stay here, just personal preference.

Only place you should stay

Stayed in this condo for a month. Right on the surf spot RC’s. Surfed outback when there were waves. Fished when it was flat over the rocks and in the trough. Had fresh dinner from the Atlantic Ocean. Grilled and hung out in the evening over looking the ocean. Saw beautiful sunrises daily. There is access to a pool directly outback. Everything was perfect.

Unbelievable view!

The property was clean and updated. The view from the living room makes you feel like you're on a cruise ship over looking the water! It was awesome! The only negative was the pool was way too warm and not refreshing at all. It also had slime around the tile, but this was minor stuff.

Great ocean front unit, but tired

This unit has a great view and this is a good property with a nice pool and beach, with a grocery literally out the back door. As for the unit, beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were shotty, packed with tons of cookware and table service but absolutely no setup. Didn’t even have salt and pepper or coffee filters. Bathrooms come with a slim bar of soap - you’ll need your own shampoo. There was broken furniture - a dining room chair and a fan. We visited families in other units that were much more up to date and much nicer than this one.

OK but not a great vacation stay

The condo was satisfactory but will be a disappointment to those looking for more than a modest experience. The complex is located in an area of strip malls and vacant properties. There are no tourist areas, parks, or nice walks in the area (though the beach was very nice of course). The condo complex is a bit dated and quite close to A1A. The front bedroom had a double and a twin bed rather than the queen and twin which were advertised. The positives are the beach location and a clean, well furnished unit.
