Summary:
Spectacularly designed and built with luxury and entertaining in mind, as soon as you enter this incredible property, and catch a glimpse of the world class Port of Airlie Marina, you will know you are on vacation. Its time to relax.
With your own private pool, expansive waterfront deck, outdoor kitchenette including gas stove and fridge, and outdoor entertaining area, you will want for nothing. However if you do want to head out and explore, this home is only 150m to the restaurants and coffee shops at the Port of Airlie, or a short, flat, 4 minute walk to the main street of Airlie Beach and all it has to offer.
The Space:
With 5 incredibly comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a spectacular ensuite, this beautifully designed home is perfect for a family or group getaway.
Upstairs, the master bedroom looks out over the marina with its own private balcony and a bathtub you could spend hours soaking in, it is the perfect retreat. 3 more bedrooms and a separate toilet/bathroom can be found toward the front of the property.
Make your way downstairs and discover another spacious bedroom, bathroom and laundry area. The modern open plan kitchen, living and dining area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Open the folding glass doors and step out to our favourite part of the property, a place to grab a cold beverage, kick back and watch the world go by. Whether that's from the lounge, sunbeds, private pool or dining area, the spectacular views remain the same.

No cars/trailers are allowed on road. Please park on the driveway only. No boat or van parking within estate
