Two storey, executive, waterfront townhouse, with garage and waterfront, BBQ area.
Features 3 Bedrooms. Master bedroom is upstairs with waterfront balcony and quality king size bed, TV and in room reverse cycle air conditioning. Second bedroom is downstairs, with quality queen size bed and TV and third bedroom upstairs has 2 single beds. Two bathrooms one with spa bath and access to master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry with upgraded appliances. All linen supplied.
This apartment is luxury combined with comfort, lovely water views, WIFI and Foxtel included

Oh The Serenity

The place was in such a beautiful location, on the Marina, you could fish from the private jetty, very peaceful and pretty. The house was lovely and the kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of linen supplied. TV's in each main bedroom plus loungeroom was a bonus. 5 minute car ride to the city center. Beach access within one minute walking distance with a very well kept park and small play ground. I would definitely book this residence again if going to Port Lincoln.

Lovely waterfront location..

Cosy comfortable property .. perfect for our family. We were very thankful for a late checkout as we had a small baby and a late flight .. kind and thoughtful hosts

The property was in a great location on the canals in Port Lincoln. We were very happy with the property had everything we needed and very clean will definitely recommend it for future stays.

Perfect, marina location

We absolutely loved this property in such a beautiful location on the marina, so many nights were spent on the patio and balcony watching the parrots and idyllic sunsets. The apartment was well equipped with all the amenities that you would want whilst the comfortable furniture and tasteful design added to our fantastic holiday experience. We will most certainly be back!

Property was excellent but we were unable to unpack until 5.30 pm because it was still being cleaned and linen put in.
