6 bdr/6 bth Mansion-House with heated Pool and Whirlpool in the nicest area of Hollywood Lakes, 10 min walk/4 min drive to the Hollywood Boardwalk and Beach, as well as shopping, restaurants, parks, casino, night life.
Enjoy this completely private and secure home. The entire property is surrounded by a 6ft concrete wall for complete privacy and security.
This home has a large pool and hot tub spa. The backyard has many seated lounge areas; a long table, good for the entire family, as well as pool beds around the pool. There is a balcony overlooking the pool with a nice and comfortable seating area. The pool is heated and comes with LED lighting, which allows you to change the color of the pool.
This property includes an outdoor gas GRILL great for BBQ and eating poolside
The Internet:
The house is equipped with WiFi. There are 5 Smart TVs; in the living room and bedrooms with cable broadband channels, as well as Netflix and the YouTube app, which is on the Xfinity box; you will have to use your own Netflix account.

The Bedroom Arrangements:
There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 2 of which are master bedrooms. 
The one master bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite master bath with a walk-in shower, 2 sinks, lots of mirror cabinets and a Jacuzzi. Master bedrooms also have a large walk-in closet and access to the balcony. The second master also has a king bed, shower bath, big walk-in closets and has direct access to the upstairs patio, which will take you directly to pool. 
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have 2 full beds in each, bathrooms with showers and big closets. 
First floor has 2 bedrooms: one with a king bed and another with 2 full beds. These 2 bedrooms share one full bathroom.
Every bed is furnished with ECO memory foam mattresses and pillows, ceiling fens, night and day light.

The Kitchen and Dining:
The beautiful kitchen has everything you need to make a quick snack or a 5-course gourmet meal. Dishes, silverware, glassware, stemware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and appliances, including a dishwasher (we provide the detergent), are all provided in this well-equipped kitchen. 
There is a coffee maker, toaster, oven and microwave in the kitchen as well as a big sizes of refrigerator and freezer. There is a big luxury dining area with crystal lights, which includes a glass dining table that seats 12, as well as an outdoor table suitable for 12.

Policies: TAKE SHOES OFF INSIDE THE HOUSE
GENERAL - If using the dishwasher, please avoid putting pans, chef's knives, and wooden utensils in the dishwasher.
SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE IS FORBIDDEN. Please smoke outside in the backyard, or on the patio, but make sure the door is closed so that smoke does not drift inside. Use an ashtray and properly dispose of cigarettes. If evidence of smoking inside of the house is found, we will retain your entire security deposit.

EVENTS- Without prior written approval no events or large gatherings of more than 30 people or more shall be permitted on the property. Any such unauthorized events shall be considered false pretense and will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in or shall be forced to leave the property if already checked in.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY– The maximum number of guests is limited to 15 persons. An additional charge or $175.00 per person per night for guests in addition will be assessed.
MINIMUM STAY– This property requires a three (3) nights minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate.
HOUSEKEEPING - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, if you would like for the house to be cleaned during your stay, we will gladly provide you with a cleaner of our choosing at a cost. Please note that you are not able to hire your own cleaner throughout the duration of your stay.
WATER AND SEPTIC – The house is on a city water system. The sewage system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to three hundred dollars ($300).
EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISES- City of Hollywood has an ordinance regarding loud music and the police will enforce against any loud disturbances . It’s advised that all tenants be careful to not be excessively loud especially after 10 PM and before 8 AM. If the police are called due to loud noise or disturbing the peace; you will be asked to leave, your entire security deposit will be withheld and your remaining nights will not be refunded. If the neighbors complain to us, we will issue a fine to you of $200 for disturbing them.
