AZ Paradise Getaway-Come Experience "Home Away from Home"
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1700 sq ft home in a small private community in the North Central Phoenix with beautiful community pool/BBQ, outdoor showers, bathrooms. Community is on a Greenbelt/park and has 2 golf courses within a couple miles. It has easy access to the entire valley with freeways within 5 minute in 3 directions. The home is well equipped and ready for you to call home. The floor plan is split with a large master bedroom and bath on one side and 2 additional bedrooms that share the 2nd bathroom. In the center on the home is the kitchen and living room with access to the private yard and BBQ patio. This home comfortably hold 4 to 6 guests with 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds. Each room has its own TV with smart TV's.
This is our 2nd VRBO/Homeaway rental. We also have a cabin Pinetop. Because this is a new listing, I encourage you to read our reviews for that home to get a feel for what to expect from us. We plan for you to feel like family. Enjoy!

Hello, We are Jill and Chris Rich. We recently purchased this 3 bedroom home for our daughter to use while completing college at Grand Canyon University. She has since accepted a position with Up With People, so it has become a vacation rental for us. When we purchased the home, we completely remodeled the entire home. It is a fresh, safe, airy and feels like home. The décor is comfy and classic farmhouse. All of the appliance, dishes, linen etc are new to the home this year. It is our 2nd VRBO rental. We like to treat our guest like family, just read the review from our place in Pinetop, Arizona on Pinetop Country Club. We live within 3 miles and raised our children in the Moon Valley area. If you are interested in renting from us, feel free to ask questions, we want you to make the best choice for your upcoming vacation.
