My family and I have rented here before and will continue to come back. The house and location are great and it is a perfect spot for the kids with so much to do in TI Park. Thanks again for another great week.
This is a wonderful newer cottage in a really charming community. The home is well appointed and very clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place in the Thousand Island region.
My family and I had a great week in TI park. We have rented this house several times at this point. It is a perfect location to relax and there is so much for kids to do. Will be back!
We have had an annual family vacation in TIP for many years and discovered the cottage a few years ago. It has become our preferred vacation home. The cottage is clean, comfortable and convenient, close to everything we need including other houses rented by or owned by family, the stores and restaurants, and all of the wonderful TIP activities. The central AC has been a big plus given the weather in the last few years and the bedrooms, kitchen and living areas are so comfortable. We feel at home here and that is the highest praise.
We just came back from a wonderful week in this charming, modern TIP cottage. The house had everything we needed from linens and towels to kitchen supplies and cooking gear. Nice deck and yard and a large great room to gather. Thank you Kim so much for sharing your home in our favorite summer spot. Everything was easy and perfect. Comfortable, clean and charming!
Truly the best of both worlds, TIP is a wonderful place with friendly neighbors where kids spend all day outside biking, swimming, and playing. The historic cottages are incredible but lack some modern touches like central air. This is a wonderful new cottage that blends the best of both. I cannot wait to visit again and again!
This place was perfect and one of the best TIP cottages our family has rented (because of the wonderful kitchen). We had my whole immediate family (14ppl across 3 generations) split between this place an another on Outlook. The single story layout was perfect for me (broken leg) and the 'elders' :).
The Lawn has lots of space for BYO croquette and the neighbors were lovely.
What a great cottage! Brilliant layout and the attention to small details is obvious!
We have rented this cottage 3 years in a row, and can’t wait to come back next summer. We spent a ton of time on the front porch. The neighbors are great, we had quite a few pleasant conversations in passing. The kids have a blast in TIP, the 9am sports in the park during the summer were a particularly favorite! My son did not miss a day!
We were at TIP at the end of July for a week and were glad that we were able to spend it at the Cottage. There were so many things we appreciated: the air conditioning (!), great kitchen area and open living space, the bedrooms and bathrooms nicely decorated, the cleanliness and attention to detail and the amazing porch built for sitting and visiting. My family has been going to TIP for 20+ years and I always look forward to it because it is if time is suspended and all you have to do is relax and enjoy. The Cottage was the perfect backdrop. We will be back.
My family has been vacationing in TIP for 20+ years. We have roots on the island dating back many generations so the time that we spend here is very special. For the past few years we have stayed at the cottage and have found it to be one of the best houses that we have rented. The location is perfect, close to my sister who owns a house on the island and with a wonderfully short walk to the river. The house is relatively new, has a great layout and kitchen and is air conditioned, a huge plus for the unpredictable summer weather. We have always been so comfortable. Super clean, super location and great communication.
I stayed at the “Kottage” last year with my sister and loved it so much I wanted to have my daughter and grandchildren experience TI Park. The children loved the freedom to bike ride to playground and library. They made daily trips to the “Guzzle “. We happened to be there for a parade and carnival which was a huge hit. The Kottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed for meal preparations. We absolutely loved the porch life and greeting people walking and golf cart riding by. Thank you so so much for the forever memories we will have of our stay.
Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The cottage was well equipped with everything you would need. The porch was a place to relax, drink morning coffee and just breathe and decompress . Had a hummingbird come right next to me on the porch and briefly stay for us to delight in. The cottage has air conditioning which was much appreciated as we had some very warm days. It’s just a special cottage with attention to detail and River decor. Can’t wait to return. Thank you for the memories and experiences we take with us. Best regards Patty
Beautiful, comfortable, up-to-date cottage in the heart of thousand islands park.
Super-relaxing river vacation
Friendly, responsive, host.
Highly recommend.
The “Kottage” was a great place to stay while visiting friends at TI Park. Gorgeous sunsets and a home with everything you might need including central a/c - a rarity at TI Park. Close to everything and a comfortable and clean place to stay. Well stocked with towels and linens and well labeled switches that make navigating a new place easily. Will recommend to others!
Been to TI Park many times, this was the nicest home we rented. Very clean and updated and central air, which we like! Great spot, quiet neighbors. We will be back!
Our time at the cottage was great! The “Kottage” has modern amenities (like central air) that most of the older one’s don’t. The space comfortable fits a family of 4 or 3 couples. Good location for proximity to everything in the park, waking distance (Hotel/ Guzzle, uodated playground, sports fields and Pavillion/Main Dock) Obviously the Kottage is set back from the river, but the “views” and sunset is only 2 blocks away. Great communication from hosts when booking and when we had a few follow up questions after check in. The price per night is competitive vs renting through the local real estate agent. Our extended family had been vacationing in TIP for 50 yrs and this is a great Kottage.
