Cozy North End 3BR Unit - Less than 1.5 blocks to beach!!
Bright and airy cozy first floor condo - perfect for small families (4-6 people, but can sleep 8), and just over a block to the beach and boardwalk. Add in the quiet, peaceful street making this your ideal retreat for an Ocean City vacation!
The beach, boardwalk, breakfast, lunch, dinner and, of course, ice cream are just steps away... Each room was painted in March 2020; and we have new family room furniture, bar stools, mattresses and quilts. New blinds were installed in March of 2021.
Other benefits include a front and back porch, stone backyard, garage access, off-street parking (1 space), outside shower, 2 bikes and beach chairs.

We are a family of 4 (twin boys) and love, love Ocean City. We decided to buy in 2017; as we knew we would love coming here year after year...and that has been proven to be true...we love making memories in Ocean City that we will all treasure.
Why they chose this property
This property is cozy, quiet, and close to the boardwalk and beach. It was nicely decorated when we purchased it. We have since painted every room, purchased family room furniture, installed new blinds in all of the windows, and added our personal touches as well.
