Breathtaking View - Seaside Home is located 5 meters away from the seaside in Almirida Village, Chania Crete Greece. Cosy Home is a two-storey house of 165 m2.
The house can accomodate up to 9 individuals.

Breathtaking View - Seaside House "Ostria" is located in Almirida Village at a private and quiet neighboorhood right next to the seaside. Breathtaking View House can accomodate up to 9 individuals.


FIRST LEVEL

During your arrival, as you will walk through the House's first level, the first room to find is the living room. On your right-hand side, you will find the two bedrooms and the master bathroom. On your left-hand side, you will come across a unique, relaxing area with sofas and lounge chairs to relax after a long day at the beach, read a book or enjoy the unblocked sea view while having a glass of wine!

As you will walk through the living room, you will meet the Kitchen and the indoor dining table.
The kitchen includes: utensils, glasses, plates, oven, refrigerator-freezer.

The highlight of the first level is the 20m2 balcony from where you can enjoy the direct view of breath-taking sunsets during your stay.

GROUND LEVEL

With regards to the ground level of Seaside House, you can find a spacious apartment having a master bedroom, its private bathroom and a fully-equipped private kitchen. It includes a double bed, closets and a single sofa-bed.

Apart from the above described apartment, there is a second cosy apartment with SEPARATE DOOR. This independent apartment consists of a master bedroom, a private bathroom and a large open space with the kitchen and an additional one single sofa-bed!

GENERAL INFORMATION

There is also a free, public but safe parking area right outside the house. The nearest beautiful and clean beaches are located ~10 meters from this Cosy House!

The house can be your starting point for visiting the most beautiful attractions of Western Crete such as Falassarna, Seitan Limania, Elafonisi and Ballos beaches as well as the world known Samaria Gorge.

Cosy House is located 21 km from Chania City and 32 km from Chania International Airport.

Of course, we are at your disposal for information on the area of the house or in general in our homeland, Chania.

If you plan a romantic night with music under the cretan sky, then the outdoor dining table will fit to you ideally!

The Seaside House is located on a private and quiet area of Almirida village. Cosy House is ideal if you want to explore the eastern or western parts of Crete island and its famous sandy beaches like Almirida beach, Kalyves, Falassarna, Ballos, Elafonissi, Iliggas, Glika Nera, Preveli.

Alternatively, Cosy House is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your holidays right by the sea, next to organized sandy beaches in Almirida under the Cretan sun!

On a 200m distance, you can find restaurants serving Greek traditional food, cafe/bars, ATMs, Super Markets, Rent a Car Companies and all kind of amenities.

Almirida village is a popular destination for snorkeling, diving, boat excursions to nearby locations, kayaking and surfing.
