The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house located in Paradise Palms Resort! The main suite boasts a cozy king bed and private bathroom, while the other bedrooms are equipped with king beds and a bunk bed that includes a complete twin mattress and a trundle twin bed. You'll be happy to know that we have high-speed Wi-Fi and laundry facilities available for your convenience. If you're interested in pool heating, we offer it for an additional fee. Plus, we're located near Walmart, Disney, and other popular attractions. Thank you for considering our house for your stay!

Other Things to Note:
BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.


BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.


POOL HEATER:
Please note the pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has been processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours before your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Guest must be 21 years or older to book
- Parties are not permitted
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested
- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries
- USPS does not ship to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages
